"Unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable in this store. While other customers were greeted warmly with 'Hello' or 'Good morning,' I received no greeting. Furthermore, I had the impression that I was being watched closely, which made me feel uncomfortable. Friendliness and equal treatment of all customers should be a given."

I bought my hiking boots for the upcoming Camino de Santiago here last week and have already broken them in a bit. It's really great... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE AT ALL!!!!! I'd be better off ordering from Amazon. At least there you can exchange the item if there's a defect, which unfortunately isn't possible in this store. Sad, but true.
