If I could, I would gladly give 10 stars. Whenever I visit B.O.C., Mr. Feron and his service team are incredibly friendly and absolutely customer-oriented. I received fast, hassle-free help and honest, enjoyable service – quick and fair! They don't try to sell you anything you don't need; they explain exactly what needs to be done – and what doesn't. That's exactly how it should be! Here, the customer truly is king. A top team in a top shop. That's why I wholeheartedly recommend B.O.C., whether you're buying or having something repaired. 🍀

A nightmare of a repair shop! My bike was there from April to December because the staff couldn't manage to fix it. The shop was never reachable by phone or email, and I had to go there in person every few weeks for an update. My order was regularly forgotten, and I was constantly told, "It'll be ready next Saturday." When it was finally "ready" after nine months, the handlebar grip was incorrectly installed, and the pedal fell off as soon as I tried to use the bike. Apart from one or two competent employees, you're greeted by nothing but incompetence. A horrific experience that caused nothing but trouble. NEVER AGAIN!

My review is based on the following: Showroom: Spacious layout with a test track Selection of various bicycle types and manufacturers Note: Less is sometimes more! The overview is lacking; some prices are not displayed, and the components are not named on the price tags. For the average person who simply wants to buy a regular bicycle, making a decision is difficult. The quality of advice depends on the staff. In my opinion, they have a very broad range of expertise and motivation. The repair service is truly excellent; I would rate their expertise as exceptional. The selection of accessories could be expanded. Conclusion: Either limit yourself to specific bicycle types or expand and offer more options and alternatives in each category. It's always nice to be able to assemble a bicycle yourself with a frame and components, but unfortunately, that's not possible here. Due to the exceptionally good repair service, 4 points! Note following B.O.C.'s comment: I appreciate your ability to offer constructive criticism! Because of this, I've now awarded the 5th star! This also confirms that you are very pleasant, and I would like to give B.O.C. my sincere recommendation!

Excellent! We bought two e-bikes and received excellent advice from Mr. Reifenrath. He took plenty of time for us during the initial consultation as well as when we picked up the bikes. Whatever adjustments we wanted to make to the bikes, he implemented them perfectly. He even helped us load them onto the car's rear carrier. We would definitely buy from him again.

I received very friendly and competent advice today when purchasing a hydraulic rear brake. The employee selected the right brake for me, explained how to install it, and gave me a tip for pressing in the pin after shortening the line. Everything worked as explained, and I'm now proud to have accomplished it! Thank you very much!

We arrived at BOC in MG with little prior information about e-bikes. Without making an appointment, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Tiller and asked about our wishes and requirements. We then received further comprehensive information, were shown various models, and were given the opportunity to take a test ride in the store/parking lot. Initial insights and possible models emerged. We were also recommended to look at further information/models at the Gazelle test center in MG. Naturally, further appointments followed at other bike centers. Ultimately, we decided on BOC because of the excellent advice and the offer that suited us. Mr. Tiller was available to us as a contact person throughout the entire process, including advising on accessories and picking up the bikes. This made the entire process very pleasant. Now it's time to ride the new bikes extensively and enjoy the transition from the old bio-bikes.
