I received excellent help. I bought a vehicle from Elektrofrosch Berlin and had nothing but problems with the dealer from the very beginning. My charger also broke, and Elektrofrosch had to order a replacement. They couldn't tell me when it would arrive. To this day – a good three months later – I haven't heard anything! I then received it within five days from the EMV dealer. I also had a flat tire at the time, and it turned out that the valve hole was in the wrong place and had been botched. The mechanic here was able to fix the problem quickly. I also had the inspection done there. It turned out that there had been a lot of shoddy workmanship during manufacturing. Now my electric vehicle is running again. I'm very happy to have finally found a very friendly and competent workshop for my electric vehicle. I can recommend them with a clear conscience. Unfortunately, I'm probably not alone, and many people who bought vehicles from electric vehicle dealers are then left in the lurch when problems arise. That's what happened to me, too. You can't reach anyone, or you get a call back weeks later. It can take more than a month for a technician to arrive—if one even shows up at all! Now I've found a very good workshop near my home and will continue to take my electric vehicle there. Thanks again for the excellent work (I was able to watch some of it) and the very friendly advice. 👍 Update: The quality of work remains good, but unfortunately, appointments and arrangements can only be made by phone! There's no staff in the shop. It's always a good idea to call ahead to confirm the appointment. Otherwise, I'm happy to have a good workshop here for my Elektrofrosch VT5 and Today Sunshine Q2. Unfortunately, good workshops are hard to find these days. Many only sell things, but when it comes to repairs, you're often left in the lurch...

I've been waiting for my cabin scooter for three weeks now. I keep getting put off, I haven't received an invoice by email, I call every other day, and they told me this morning that my scooter should arrive today. I'm still waiting. Unfortunately, my vehicle didn't arrive yesterday.

I'm absolutely thrilled! I had a problem with my mobility scooter and stumbled across this company by chance. One phone call, the person on the phone was incredibly friendly, and they helped me completely without any fuss. I drove there, they took a quick look, repaired it, and didn't even charge me. I can only agree with the comments here. I called on Thursday and made an appointment for Saturday (between Easter), and on Easter Sunday my mom received a fantastic red sports car from the Easter Bunny :) Thank you so much for the great service and also for giving us so many tips!
