Everything's perfect: my old and very good van Raam e-tricycle needed new rear brakes. Complete disc brakes were installed. The gearshift now works perfectly, too. It's great that this shop in MG is available and my bike can be repaired here. Price-performance, advice...: very good Thank you

At Michels, you're definitely in very good hands. Fair prices, and they don't try to sell you unnecessary junk. They also take their time to advise you; the owner himself is very friendly and competent. I'll be back anytime.

Superb customer service, the kind you rarely find these days. My bike needed its gears and derailleur adjusted, and they did a fantastic job. My husband and I also received excellent advice on saddle selection and a test to measure the distance between our sit bones. They took their time and explained everything clearly. The price was also perfectly reasonable. We know exactly where to go from now on if our bikes ever give us trouble again.

Owner-managed, family-run business. Top-notch advice and service. The price/performance ratio is completely OK and not significantly more expensive than if we had ordered online. My cycling days go back about 30 years. My husband and I wanted to treat ourselves to two bikes. Thanks to the excellent advice, we were able to pick up our perfectly-sized bikes on Saturday. Based on Mr. Michels' recommendation, I also treated my little bottom to a particularly soft and wide bike seat. It's simply divine. It's like riding in an armchair. We weren't charged extra for the installation of the seat and the odometer. I can wholeheartedly recommend Michels bikes to anyone.

Very friendly. The young man changed the inner tube on our stroller/buggy. The tube cost €10.95, and the labor was €7. I wish I had known that beforehand. We'll now go to the competition and pay less. What a shame.

I service my bikes there, and we bought a new one for my wife. We also bought a balance bike for my son there. The prices and service are top-notch! Keep it up! These are still specialist shops, not your average salespeople!
