Mr. Kolonko repaired my e-bike quickly and professionally. I'd gladly use his services again! 👍

Mr. Kolonko has already helped me twice this year with breakdowns at short notice. The workshop looks unassuming, but it's very good.

Fast, reliable, fair. Called, drove there, had a coffee, hose replaced.

They wanted €3 to pump up the tires. I don't even want to know what a repair would cost! Unfriendly and absolutely NOT recommended!

I had my bike's rear wheel repaired. Three days later, I picked it up and had to pay €30, even though they hadn't even changed the inner tube! After riding 2km, the same tire was flat again. The next day, I took it back for repairs. This time, they installed a new inner tube, and despite the obviously inadequate repair, it wasn't done on a goodwill basis. I had to pay another €10. So, in total, I paid €40 for something that doesn't require a masterpiece from a cycling professional, and zero service, plus they also provided free rudeness on top of that. I'm extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone have their bike repaired there. It's a shame that customers are treated this way...

This place is a complete rip-off! I absolutely cannot recommend anyone have their bike repaired there. The prices they charge are outrageous, and the work isn't even done properly! Can't someone handle legitimate criticism, or are they just intellectually limited? The place is simply ridiculous and unprofessional. 😁

I picked up a GLS package there. The owner greeted me warmly, and I received the package after showing my ID and signing for it. If they had asked me about my bicycle, I probably would have looked for a new one there as well. As it was, I only went to pick up my package.

What service. 6 p.m., I have a flat tire. A quick trip to Kolonko at 6:20 p.m.: the tire is replaced for €15. Chain worn out, what now? Straight to Kolonko, and the next day the gears are replaced. I don't know of any other bike shop that does this quickly. AND: even for unusual problems with the bike, where others say no, the manufacturer didn't plan for it, the problem is solved professionally here. e.g., installing a chain tensioner on an Aldi bike. Always a solution where there is no other solution. I only go there from now on.

According to the sign, lunch break lasted until 1:00 p.m. At 1:20 p.m., the employees didn't open the door for me, despite visual contact. I later visited the store again and pointed out the problem to the manager: "Sometimes you're just unlucky."
