Background: On May 3, 2024, I brought my bicycle to the repair shop for a rim damaged in an accident. At the same time, I donated a children's bicycle free of charge, considering the charitable cause. I was told the repair would take 4-5 weeks due to the season. Since there were no other options, I accepted this. After six weeks, I called again because I hadn't heard anything. My order couldn't be found. Only after a lengthy search was it located on Mr. Dahl's desk. I was informed that there had been difficulties ordering the parts, but they were now on their way. As soon as they arrived, the repair would be carried out promptly. They said they would contact me. I received no response, so I called again a week later. I was told that the parts had been incorrect and that they had no way of obtaining them. During this call, I expressed my dissatisfaction for the first time, as my wife uses this bicycle to commute to work. I was told they would install it immediately once I obtained the parts. So I ordered a completely new wheel (with tire and brake disc) from the bicycle manufacturer, which arrived a week later. I went to pick up the bicycle on July 17th (!). I had the rim with me. Initially, they couldn't find my order again; it was only after repeatedly searching through the order book that they located it. They then offered to let me leave the bicycle there longer so they could install the rim. I gratefully declined this offer, as I didn't want any further delays. The effort involved, including a 15 km drive, was also not worth it. I then installed it myself in 5 minutes. All I had to do was loosen the quick-release skewer and remove the rim. Therefore, I definitely do not recommend them! No communication and no service!

After a brief phone call, I was seen immediately and my issue was resolved within two minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain what was incorrectly adjusted and why. I was able to take the bike with me again after a short test ride.

I only had my iPad repaired there – good price, clean work. But they also have a bicycle repair shop. Friendly, helpful, and competent staff. I'll bring my e-bike in for a service next time. Great shop!

Fast repair ⭐ Compared to other bike shops, it's incredibly affordable, and if something important needs to be done that wasn't discussed beforehand, the mechanic calls personally to sort it out 👍 Communication can be a little chaotic between staff members, but everyone is so friendly and helpful, which makes up for it. 😇 I'll only be getting my two bikes repaired here from now on. 🚴‍♀️ THANK YOU 😉

I happened to be at the workshop on Friday, and when I asked them to install a cup holder and a rain cover for my front wheel, they immediately took care of me to my complete satisfaction!
