We were looking for two e-bikes and visited several dealers. The best advice came from Gazelle on Krefelderstrasse in Mönchengladbach. The salesperson was very professional, calm, and competent. We felt in excellent hands there and bought two e-bikes from them. Highly recommended.

A few weeks ago, I noticed that the suspension on my three-year-old Gazelle motorcycle wasn't working. My husband removed it and took the fork to the Gazelle Store on Krefelder Street. They told him it couldn't be repaired and that a new one would have to be ordered. The delivery time was about six weeks, and a deposit was required. So, my husband had it ordered, but on the way back, he stopped at another workshop. A friendly mechanic there looked at the fork, oiled it, tightened the spring, and it worked perfectly again. My husband then wanted to cancel the order. The salesperson initially agreed, but then the manager came over and said it wasn't possible. The next day, I went back to cancel the order, and the manager was immediately there and categorically refused. Apparently, you can't cancel an order that hasn't even been manufactured yet and won't be delivered for another six weeks. And on top of that, they tried to make me feel stupid, telling me I should try to cancel the order with the manufacturer myself. Since I work in sales myself, I know that an end consumer can't do this. We are very disappointed and will avoid that store from now on. I will only go there one more time to pick up the fork.

If a fork shows defects that, in our opinion, make a repair neither safe nor sustainable, we recommend ordering from the manufacturer. We are pleased to hear that you found another workshop that was able to repair the fork successfully and permanently, but this also shows that different workshops have different approaches and safety standards.<br><br>Regarding cancellation, once an individual spare parts order has been placed, some suppliers no longer allow cancellation, even with longer delivery times. For this reason, we deliberately brought this issue to your attention beforehand and agreed on a deposit.<br><br>Of course, treating our customers with respect is one of our highest priorities, and we receive regular training in this area. Bought a Gazelle e-bike. The frame lock was faulty from the start and hasn't been replaced. I had a mirror installed, but it fell off after 5 km. After 500 km, the hub gear broke – obviously my fault. I had it repaired at another dealer, and Gazelle refuses to cover the bill. Fantastic service.

We visited on Saturday to check out the bikes and received a very friendly and professional welcome. Franz immediately took the time to give us excellent advice! We were able to test ride all the bikes, and they even fitted a different handlebar for my wife! You couldn't ask for better service and advice! You can tell the team is passionate about cycling and wants to support their customers! Thank you! I think we'll have a lot of fun with your bikes :)

The service was incredibly helpful and friendly – you don't usually experience that. The way I was treated was simply fantastic. I would gladly return anytime, even for something as small as a spare part. They were very helpful. And to top it all off, I even exchanged the mudguard. Thank you so much!

I made an appointment and arrived on time. I told Mr. Bouhamidi my wishes regarding the Gazelle e-bike, which he fully fulfilled. Very good and professional advice, including a test ride on the track. What's good is that there were no sales pitches, so no bike was pushed on me; I received only in-depth advice. At the end, I was given bike-specific documents, which I will take to my local Gazelle bike dealer, and then I will order my new Gazelle e-bike.

I've been there twice with my regular bicycles for repairs. The first time, they only replaced the inner tube and valve of one tire; the second time, they replaced both tires completely. The service and repairs were flawless and completed quickly (20 minutes and 1 hour, respectively). Thank you very much.

We have rarely received such thorough and honest advice. A test ride was possible immediately, and they took plenty of time for us. Our bikes have since been in for their second service, and the service continues to be first-class. The five stars are absolutely deserved.

I found my e-bike through JobRad at the Gazelle Store in Mönchengladbach. There, Mr. Hake provided me with very competent and friendly advice. He recommended that I first visit the Gazelle Test Center in Mönchengladbach to try out various models. This visit was definitely worthwhile. A very nice and knowledgeable employee took a lot of time for me, and it was great fun testing the e-bikes there. In the end, I chose a fantastic product, which was then perfectly adjusted to my needs in the store. All in all, highly recommended, and many thanks for that.

It's by far one of the best bike dealers I have come across. Prices are less expensive with regards to quality products. My tire was fixed free of charge from the most friendly handyman. The lady at the reception was super nice.... I will always shop and recommend. Shop with love
