I recently visited this bike shop simply to browse and see what they had to offer. Unfortunately, the visit was quite unpleasant. Several employees approached me in quick succession, offering their assistance, even though I politely stated several times that I only wanted to look around. This was very pushy and made it difficult for me to examine the merchandise in peace. It's a shame, because the selection seemed interesting, but the staff's behavior was too intrusive for my liking. I wish customers were given more space to browse on their own. In the end, I shopped at a competitor's store, where the atmosphere was much friendlier and more relaxed.

The Specialized "The One & Only" from Georg's bike shop... Thanks to Georg's bike shop, I was finally able to fulfill my dream of owning a custom bike. I was able to carefully select all the parts there, from the frame to the hubs, and received excellent support and advice. It didn't matter whether the parts were from Hope, Manitou, or Race Face; Georg and his team were able to source everything without any problems.

Thanks to the team! 👍 I visited Georg's bike shop this week to have my new bike adjusted to my height. Georg personally guided me through the various options, and the entire team was very friendly and helpful. They made sure the saddle and handlebars were adjusted to the correct height and distance so I could ride as comfortably as possible. I got a new spring, a new saddle, and a handlebar adjustment, and the team provided excellent support throughout the entire process. I also found a helmet that fit my head shape perfectly. You simply can't get this kind of service from the usual online retailers. I highly recommend this friendly and knowledgeable bike shop!

We bought our R&M bikes from Georgs and are still very happy with them. Great bikes! 👍🏻 The advice was excellent; they took plenty of time and answered all our questions. The after-sales service was also fantastic. Which isn't always the case with every dealer, as I know from experience. We've now had to go to Georgs three times with a self-inflicted problem, and each time we received immediate assistance. Perfect. We would definitely buy our next bikes here again! 🚲🚲
