It's very poorly organized that with over 260 referees in the Mönchengladbach and Viersen districts, the system isn't designed to keep supplies in stock; this definitely needs improvement.

I think everything has been said, or rather, excellently described. One thing is still missing, though – "lowbrow."

Friendly advice with good knowledge about football boots. Currently only Puma shoes are available, but you'll find what you're looking for.

We bought Nike soccer cleats that were already showing signs of wear and tear after two weeks. The return was rejected, arguing that it would take that long via Javi. So we had to do it ourselves. However, Nike doesn't accept the receipt because it doesn't list the name of the shoes or the item number, only the designation "Team Sport" before the price. A manually generated replacement receipt on company letterhead is not accepted because it isn't an electronic receipt. Nike itself states that Javi Sport, as a retailer, is responsible for the Nike warranty within the first six months. The return was rejected from the start. We had to send the shoes in. A whopping €216 paid for nothing. Customer service is nonexistent....

Unreachable by phone, responds curtly via email or WhatsApp. Clothing that needs printing sits around for six weeks. Stay away!

I have no idea which store some of you were in. But nobody's been answering the phone there for a week and a half. When you do see the owner, he's arrogant, moody, and gives the impression that he doesn't need the customers. Just the sentence, "I sell so many Derbystar balls, I don't need you," is enough to make me and many others go somewhere where they actually appreciate customers and treat them accordingly! Just saying, "That you even dare to show up here in that tracksuit," is an outrage.

The shop owner, "Klaus," is one of the most unpleasant creatures in this industry. Unfriendly, rude, lazy, and arrogant. I could list every negative trait he has, but it still wouldn't be enough. The only good thing about him is his prices. Otherwise, this pompous jerk would have gone bankrupt long ago. The other employees are okay; it's really just the owner who's the problem. If you can afford to spend a bit more, you're better off shopping at "Sport 2000 Jansen." At least there you won't be treated like dirt or ripped off. I'd give him zero stars if I could.

Simply awful. I wanted to have an invoice I received corrected, which was wrong, and the sponsor needs it to get the money back. This wasn't possible in that store. The invoice was lost, and they told me to wait. To this day, I still haven't received an invoice. I think the store is doing so well that they don't feel the need to please a customer who orders so much from them every year. Never again. Best regards, Sc. Hardt
