Fantastic running store! I've tried several, but here they really recommend the perfect shoes for you. My shoe wasn't available in the color I wanted, but they ordered it immediately – thank you! The tips and conversations about running during the consultation were also very helpful for my own training. I highly recommend them, and I'll definitely buy my next pair of shoes or socks there!

Whether you're a beginner or an advanced runner, everyone will find the right advice here. The sales staff take plenty of time to advise you, are knowledgeable, and cater to your individual needs. We always feel like we're in good hands. Even if things aren't going well with our shopping, the team always finds a good, customer-oriented solution. My conclusion: Highly recommended.

Today I visited Bunert in Mönchengladbach for the second time. After having an excellent experience the first time, I wanted to try it again. Today I was advised by J. Da Silva Santos. What can I say? The advice was exceptionally polite and competent. I felt I was in very good hands. The staff simply know what they're talking about. Besides the great advice, the prices are also reasonable. For the advice alone, I would advise against ordering from Amazon & Co. It's much better to try things on and test them in person. You even have the opportunity to walk around in the shoes for a few minutes. This way, you can't go wrong and always have someone to ask if you have any further questions. Having had another extremely positive experience with Bunert, I can highly recommend the store. According to friends and acquaintances, the other Bunert stores are also supposed to be top-notch. I, for one, will definitely shop at Bunert again next time and already have a feeling I won't be disappointed. Thank you and see you next time! -- Mark Bahl

Two beginners and fantastic advice. From the very start, we were treated very kindly and courteously. We whiled away the short wait by browsing the store. Two customers were already in the shop when we arrived. Even though only one person was assisting us, there was no pressure or rudeness, no eye-rolling, as if to say, "Oh no, not another customer." Quite the opposite! When it was our turn, we received just as good and friendly service as if we had been the first customer of the day. You can tell you're in competent hands; the product knowledge is enormous, and there are alternatives for every eventuality. We were thrilled and will definitely be back. A clear recommendation from us.

We, beginners to running, visited Laufsport Bunert today to get suitable shoes and were more than impressed by the quality of the advice and the friendliness of the staff. Mr. Oberem took a lot of time to explain in detail the suitable shoe models and their special features after the treadmill analysis. We felt very well looked after and would gladly come back.

I bought some new running shoes there today, and what can I say?! I'm beyond thrilled! Superbly competent advice, and above all, they take their time with their customers! You can even test the shoes outside! First class!

If there were six stars for this review, I would have given them. Simply fantastic – super friendly and highly competent advice. They take their time and answer questions clearly. The gait analysis is explained very well. Anyone who is serious about running should definitely go there. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

A very good running store. Knowledgeable staff who take plenty of time to advise and answer questions. You can even test the shoes on the street outside the store. I highly recommend the Bunert running store if you're looking for the right running shoes!
