The bicycle arrived with a defective gear system. The workshop was unable to adjust it correctly. Their explanation: the gears need to be broken in. Yeah, right. So much for the idea that bicycles are checked by a professional workshop before delivery. I returned the bike. I'm not exactly thrilled...

Hello, we visited Lucky Bike in Mönchengladbach to buy two new e-bikes. We received excellent and thorough advice from Mr. Luigi Francescato and were able to test ride several models on site. The bikes were also thoroughly handed over when we picked them up later. We can highly recommend this dealer.

We've been riding a Cube mountain bike for eight years. We wanted a bit more comfort and didn't want to be constantly left in the dust. We were happy to buy another Cube e-bike. We found what we were looking for at Lucky Bike in Mönchengladbach 💪. Daniel gave us excellent advice, showed us several options, and let us test them out. Due to high demand, I had to make a small compromise and take the On version instead of the Pro. I tried my best to get two identical models, which tested the team's patience a bit. They did everything they could to accommodate my request. In the end, it's one Pro and one On, but I'm happy with that. They couldn't do more than they tried. A huge thank you to the entire team 🫶 for your patience and dedication!!! Yesterday, we picked up our new bikes and, after a thorough briefing, cycled the 30 km home and arrived happy. We purchased a bike online for our son. The bicycle delivered was a different type and size. We have been trying for more than a week now to contact Lucky Bike but we were not "lucky". Their customer hotline has not responded to our about 20 attempts, nor have we received any answer to our emails. This is definitely not how you treat your customers. Very disappointed. I cannot recommend this shop.

Very nice bike shop that can get busy so reserve some 1 or 2 hours to complete your purchase. I have been coming here from Holland, it's only about 20mins drive. Staff here is nice and always had good conversation with them. Also in the phone. I had a probablem with my first bike, issue was solve exactly as I expected within 48hrs. The staff called me exactly as promised & I felt that they were sorry for my faulty bike. Going to pick up my second MTB soon! And next year spring, I come back for a road bike for sure!
