The employee at myfit24, whose name was Caesar, gave me excellent advice about weight loss. I started shopping with you a few months ago and have lost 35 kg since then. The guy really knows his stuff! Great advice, great products.

The store looks okay, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with all fitness-related questions. Ben's review doesn't make sense to me, as I think everyone needs a break now and then. I simply can't imagine that you, Ben, have been there four times and it's closed every single time. I've seen the sign myself, but the store was only closed for three minutes, with the explanation that he needed to use the restroom. Therefore, five stars for me, and only one for you, Ben. If you're so unhappy with yourself, you shouldn't take it out on others. Keep it up, MyFit! 👍🏼

The products are okay, but I've been there four times now, to no avail. Each time, there was a sign saying "I'll be right back." I waited outside the store for a full half hour, and no one came.

Top store with top service The store manager is very personable and gives excellent advice on individual products. Definitely my number one choice for my next fitness gear selection. Always happy to come back 👍

First time i was visit that shop . I think its like 2 year ago than i searched that product what i need but they don't have strawberry flavour then guy said we can order strawberry flavour that protein. I said okay than i pay with card . I take the card slip . But he had some doubt because he knows something wrong with order he said go to your bank and confirm that in your bank account we get money or not , if we got money then its order is on the way. Then i go to bank then i see they got money in my account after few days i go there to collect my order but they didn't find them on this day that boy are not there. I have proof but they said call in Düsseldorf then I called but they didn't do anything. I didn't got my money back . Today i want to share my experience with this shop workers.

The guy sitting there gives an unwelcome look and has Zero interest in helping with a purchase. It almost looks like he hates people visiting him, doesn't budge from his throne! Would have ended up buying a lot more with some help from this guy. Not coming back!

Excellent service. Very friendly staff throughout. I'm completely satisfied. Unfortunately, I have to revise my review. Without the old store manager, something is missing; he was the main reason I came all the way. I've never experienced anything like his manner, his advice, and simply the way he interacted with customers.
