- My rear flat tire was repaired quickly. - The original price of €31 was changed to €35 without explanation. - The employee who completed the jobs was unfriendly. He treated me like I was invisible and didn't explain what was wrong with the tire.

I've been there three times now. The first time I had a flat tire on the back; it took six days to fix (a bit long, yes, but it was the summer holidays). I've been there twice for minor things: once for play in the steering assembly (just five minutes from the door) and they didn't charge me. The second time was to shorten a seat tube; again, they didn't charge me, just wanted a small donation to their coffee fund. Super nice people, I'd gladly go back.

I was there on July 14, 2025... the people are so nice, they fixed my bike problem in 2 minutes and didn't charge me anything. Even though it was a huge mess, his clothes got dirty after unpacking. But they are super nice.

My seatpost broke just before the Dutch border. I called them briefly and, less than 90 minutes later, I was back on my way with my e-bike. The bike station in Rheydt and their team are simply fast, friendly, attentive, and just so personable and fun. Excellent value for money – I'll definitely be back. Within minutes, two problems with my bike were fixed (brakes that weren't working properly and gear shifting issues). The guy didn't even want to charge me, but of course I gave him something anyway! I'd gladly go back there again :)

I have to give a huge shout-out to the bike repair shop. The service is fantastic. The guys work incredibly fast and are very friendly. I had my bike (with a flat tire) repaired and back within an hour. Absolutely recommended! 😃

We were able to rent some great electric bikes for a day trip to Garzweiler. Excellent service, great opening hours—even for late, same-day returns. We received an immediate refund of the deposit paid by card.

Super friendly and helpful people. They helped me immediately on the spot and got my bike back in tip-top condition. I was able to take my bike home after about 45 minutes. The guys really did a lot of work on my bike to get it roadworthy again. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back next time. 5/5!
