Yesterday I bought my first e-bike at Jepkens. I went to the store at lunchtime with two friends, without an appointment. The salesman, Nico, took an incredible amount of time to explain the different models to me, a complete novice. I'd like to thank them for the excellent service (which included setting up the app, the helpful advice, and, last but not least, the coffee) and hope to enjoy my bike and the service for many years to come.

I find it a shame that only brand-name bikes are repaired; I was told directly on the phone that they do not repair Telefunken e-bikes.

Dear Ms. Hügen, it has nothing to do with the brand, but rather with the drive system. We can only repair e-bikes for which we are familiar with and trained on the drive system and can obtain the necessary spare parts. These are Bosch, Shimano, Panasonic, and Impulse, regardless of the brand. Telefunken uses a different system, which is why we cannot repair your bike.<br><br>Sincerely,<br>Radwelt jepkens GmbH

It couldn't be better. Why buy online? The lamp was €3 cheaper than online. The friendly employee even tested the old lamp to make sure it was actually broken. What more could you want? That's customer service, not wasting money. Excellent!

A phone call in the morning with a very friendly sales representative resolved our concerns by the afternoon. We'd been searching for a chain guard for my daughter's e-bike for two months and were on the verge of despair. But today our search came to an end, and the best part was the incredibly friendly service, both on the phone and in person. They even installed the chain guard for free! Many thanks to the entire team.

I was on a bike tour and got a flat tire on both my front and rear wheels. After pushing my bike for 8km, I stopped at Jepkens, and they were very helpful. After I bought my spare parts there, they let me use their tools and fix my bike in front of the workshop. The mechanics didn't have time, which I wouldn't have expected on such short notice. To top it all off, they offered me a coffee. A definite 5 stars for such helpfulness! Thanks again to everyone; I was able to continue my tour and ride the remaining 130km home. You saved my trip!!!

From the initial consultation to ordering and collection, I felt incredibly well taken care of the entire time! In the end, I received exactly the e-bike I wanted! They went out of their way to accommodate my every need! If the service continues like this, I can only give 5 stars and wholeheartedly recommend Radwelt Jepkens, as well as Mr. Schiffer and his colleagues! Thank you for everything!

My wife took her bike to the "specialist workshop" for a service. A screw was missing from the front fender after the service; they hadn't gotten a replacement part but had attached it with a ratchet. The apprentice probably wasn't there with a rag, as the bike was dirtier than when she dropped it off. It used to be a good workshop; I'm taking my bike to Dorsten for servicing now.

We bought a bike today. A friendly young man gave us helpful and expert advice. All our special requests were accommodated and even taken care of by the workshop right away (attaching the lock and basket). We were also able to take it for a test ride. I hope the bike was a good purchase; it still needs to prove itself!
