I highly recommend this workshop to everyone. Super friendly staff, top-notch service. I called today to have a handlebar adjuster installed (or whatever the correct term is 🤭), and I was able to come in right away for installation. I was more than satisfied. The staff at Radstation Haltern am See should take a class on friendliness and service!!! My next service will definitely be done here. Thanks again to the staff 👌

I had a flat tire on the back, pumped it up and pumped it up – nothing. So I took it to the tire shop – I noticed the problem immediately – they changed the tire immediately – explained the pressure, had a friendly conversation, and was able to ride the bike again afterwards – thank you very much! I'm very satisfied.

In the past, small repairs were done quickly, easily, and cheaply here. Apparently, they don't want to deal with such small jobs anymore. I wanted two Bowden cables replaced on an older bike. I was then given a long-winded lecture about everything that was wrong with this somewhat beat-up, but basically fully functional, bicycle, and how it wasn't worth the effort to fix. I still prefer to make such decisions myself. With another bike I wanted repaired, they told me that a Bowden cable for an older, but common, Shimano Position shifter was "no longer available." I then ordered it myself online and did the repair myself. I just wanted to save time by not going to the shop, but that backfired.

I absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews. My e-bike was repaired in under 24 hours, everything went smoothly and very professionally. The staff were also very friendly. The price was perfectly reasonable 👍🏻

Best bike repair shop ever! They know exactly what they're doing. Super friendly staff and my bikes are running like new again!! I don't understand all the bad reviews. I've been a regular customer for years and everything's been great. I even did an internship here; everything was explained really well and I now know how to change inner tubes!!! Finn, the best guy, repaired my bike brilliantly!!!!

Unfortunately, things have gotten progressively worse there, so I'm now looking for a different bike repair shop. In mid-March, I called to schedule an appointment for my e-bike's inspection. I was given an appointment for May 9th, which was perfectly fine with me. I was told to bring my bike in at 8:30 a.m., which I did, and they would call me when it was ready. At 2:00 p.m., I headed to the old blacksmith shop, as I hadn't received a call yet and the shop closes at 2:30 p.m. on Fridays. No one answered the phone either. When I arrived, they told me, quite seriously, that my bike wouldn't be ready that day after all; it could take at least a week. They also said my bike wouldn't be on the repair schedule until the following Monday at the earliest. Now I'm wondering why they make appointments if they can't keep them anyway. I immediately took my bike back and will now, and in the future, use a different, more reliable repair shop.
