I was at the repair shop today because my bike was making a noise in the drivetrain when I pedaled. They took care of it immediately, even though the yard was full of bikes. After a test ride, they repaired it right away. Free of charge! Thank you!

During the consultation, the older saleswoman was quite pushy and assertive, which I found very unpleasant. We had barely stepped into the store when we were approached, so we didn't even have a chance to get a feel for the stock, prices, selection, etc. We felt the prices in the store for the products recommended to us were extremely overpriced. We found the same product much cheaper online when we got home. When we asked in the store if there were any cheaper bikes, they said no and recommended what felt like the most expensive bike in the entire store for our needs. We are well aware that quality has its price, but due to the price difference between the store and online, buying a new bike online would have been almost €2000 cheaper. We went to 2Rad LEUER because of the positive reviews, but based on our experience there, we won't be returning to this store and will look elsewhere.

I bought two children's bicycles at this store and wouldn't do it again. While the prices seemed low at first glance, this was unfortunately reflected in the quality of the components. The selection of children's bicycles was rather limited. Furthermore, I didn't get the impression that the staff really wanted to take their time with us. The employees weren't unfriendly, but they weren't particularly friendly or helpful either – more neutral and distant. It seemed as if providing advice on children's bicycles wasn't particularly profitable for the store. Regarding the quality, several defects appeared after only a short time: – The light on one bicycle broke after six months. – The brake lever on the other bicycle broke, which I ended up repairing myself. There was absolutely no goodwill or compensation offered for the first repair, even though the defects appeared so early. Instead, I had to pay significantly more than I had expected. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this store for buying children's bicycles.

Last year I wanted to drop off a UPS package, but they told me they no longer work with UPS. This wasn't exactly communicated to me in a friendly manner. When I then happened to see yesterday that UPS does deliver there after all, I was really angry and disappointed. I can't comment on the bike shop itself.

Fantastic service from 2Rad Leuer! We wanted to buy a gift voucher for a passionate cyclist from Meckenheim while traveling from Berlin and weren't sure how to proceed. An email inquiry sent Tuesday evening was personally answered by the owner on Wednesday morning, and less than 48 hours after our initial contact, the voucher arrived in the mail. Thank you so much! 😊
