I was treated extremely well; my bike was supposed to take a week to repair, but two days later I received confirmation that everything was ready. The repair was excellent! I would definitely recommend this shop and would go there again myself.

I took my bike in for repairs. Since I recently had a bad experience with another bike service, I was extremely skeptical. 1. Booking an appointment online worked perfectly. 2. When I dropped off my bike, I would have preferred better service. When I asked questions, I received a cost estimate and a rough timeline. 3. I received a text message that my bike was ready for pickup. 4. Upon pickup, I noticed that the tube was losing air. The tube was quickly replaced. 5. The cost was within the estimated cost estimate. No hidden costs, like at other locations. 6. The repair time was reasonably good considering my special requests. Conclusion: Happy customer! Highly recommended!

I bought my vsf TX 400 today. We received very competent advice and fair pricing beforehand. The telephone conversation was extremely friendly and detailed. I would recommend everyone to buy from Frank Vogel from now on. Financing is also offered quickly and easily. Everything can be arranged over the phone. I'm from Oldenburg, where VSF wheels are produced, but some of the dealers are unpleasant, arrogant, and unfriendly. I now only buy from Radlager24.de and Frank Vogel in the Rhineland.
