Highly recommended. We had problems with our Babboo bike and received excellent help here so we can use it again. And today we also bought a bike for our daughter and received top-notch advice.

Excellent advice from Mr. Brandes 👍. He takes plenty of time for the consultation, and test rides on different bikes are no problem. We now have our fourth e-bike from Brandes, and everything is top-notch: the consultation, service, quality, and maintenance.

In short, competent and thorough advice, friendly staff, a large selection, and a first-class bike at a fair price. The showroom looks rather unassuming from the outside, but offers a very pleasant atmosphere inside. Bicycles and accessories are sensibly organized and well-lit, making the space very easy to navigate despite the large selection. We received personal advice from the owner and were very satisfied. No questions were left unanswered, and even though we came without any specific idea, we found the perfect bike within minutes. We felt welcome throughout, and there was no pressure to buy anything as quickly as possible (as in some other stores). Instead, we were encouraged to take our time, test ride different bikes in the adjacent yard, and make an informed decision. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and will definitely recommend the store. I'm still thrilled with the bike, and the price is unbeatable. I'd go back anytime💪👍

I spent a total of €100 there. They charged €10 for the simple installation of the saddle I bought there (3 minutes). I didn't have them install the other parts. An hourly rate of around €200 is a bit too much for me.

I bought my bike there, and I have to say it was a great purchase. The people there are very professional and attentive to their customers' needs. They were also friendly and genuinely tried to find the best bike for me.

I got a new saddle, and my son got a new bike. The service was excellent, questions were answered competently, and special requests were quickly fulfilled. After the maiden voyage to Düsseldorf and back, we are very satisfied and will be back.

Everything went perfectly until we bought a bike from this shop! The customer is king. That's the only positive thing about this shop. But if you discover something isn't working properly after the purchase and you want to get it fixed, forget it. We bought a bike for our daughter and deeply regretted it. What wasn't working properly then, unfortunately, still isn't working properly. It seems we were sold a lemon. We absolutely cannot recommend this shop.

The advice I received regarding the purchase of an e-bike was excellent. The explanations and the time for test rides were excellent. I was able to try out five bikes. They even fitted different saddles. So, good advice and friendly service.
