My trusted repair shop. Reliable, honest, and straightforward. No fuss, neither in the shop nor on the bill. Jobradinzung (a bike inspection service) is no problem, and e-bikes in general are in good hands there (regular bikes too, of course). Kulles is passionate about chain lube.

My bike's hydraulic brakes needed bleeding. Despite a lot of tinkering with the e-bike construction, plus an oiled chain, a clean wheel, and straightening my crooked rear wheel, I got away with €40.00. I also felt very comfortable thanks to the friendly atmosphere. I can highly recommend Kulle and am glad I switched from another workshop in Osterath.👍

After buying a new e-bike from another retailer, I noticed that they hadn't adjusted my derailleur properly. One call to Kulle's workshop was all it took to bring my bike in the next day. The employee was very friendly and took care of my bike right away, fixing the problems without any fuss. He even explained where the adjustments were incorrect – that was fantastic service. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the workshop and would have given them 10 stars if I could. Everyone, from the apprentice to the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful. From now on, I'll only have my bike repaired at Kulle's! Thank you for the excellent service!

HI, Anyone who owns a tandem knows that such a specialized vehicle isn't so easy to repair. Even more importantly, only the correct (and more robust) replacement parts should be installed. KULLE'S MASTER WORKSHOP has a plan for that, too. However, MASTER KULLE can't be held responsible for the current delivery delays (especially for specialized parts)... A visit is highly recommended... THE FRENCHMAN

Anyone who doesn't get along with Kulle only has themselves to blame. I've been a loyal customer since 2000 and have never been disappointed. The man knows his craft and also takes care of his customers' safety. He referred me to a fantastic specialist when I bought a bicycle helmet. For me, it's always Kulle. 👍
