I was out on a garravel bike tour in Moers today when I suddenly got a flat tire. I received a very friendly welcome at the shop, and my bike was fixed within 10 minutes. Thank you so much!

A truly fantastic workshop with exceptional expertise! Yesterday, I unfortunately had another flat tire and called the bike shop to explain my problem. Even though I traveled quite a distance and it was almost closing time, they still took the time for me – thank you so much! 😊 The advice was first-rate, and I was able to pick up my bike again the very next day. The first ride was simply wonderful. I'll be back soon – with an appointment, of course – to have the rest of the work done on my bike. Thanks again for the excellent advice! 🌞 Compared to my previous workshop, where I unfortunately had a bad experience, I feel completely at ease here. My bike is in good hands, and I can ride safely through traffic. If I could give more than five stars, I would in a heartbeat. Highly recommended: Your bike shop in Moers-Repelen is absolutely top-notch! 🚴‍♂️⭐

It's a shame that it only got 1 star because there aren't that many shops for bicycle accessories here in Repelen anymore. I got a tube on Friday and fitted it today and when I pumped it up it pushed out of the tire. I took it out again and just pumped up the tube and noticed it had a huge bulge. I went there and they assumed it was my fault because I had fitted it wrong and that it was normal. On top of that, they don't even give you packaging. You pay 9 euros for a Schwalbe tube and you're disappointed here. That was the last time I went there. And it seems to me as if they were used.

I bought an additional light (80 lux) for my old bike there, as the existing light was simply too weak for the dark path. I'm absolutely thrilled with the light, but also with the very friendly and competent advice I received, even though I arrived quite late! Thank you so much, you make me feel much safer!
