We bought two stylish Gazelle e-bikes at the Gazelle store in Moers in May 2025 and are completely satisfied. We're delighted to have found such great prices outside the anonymous online marketplace and to have supported a local business. A big thank you to the salesperson: He was incredibly friendly, honest, and not at all pushy, yet highly knowledgeable. Gazelle stands for quality, and that's exactly what we got here, combined with an extremely fair price. When one of the bikes later developed a spoke problem, we were able to easily schedule a workshop appointment. The bike was ready for pickup within just 24 hours. The front wheel was painstakingly but necessaryly trued, and the spokes were adjusted. We are very happy with the overall experience – the sale, the product, and the workshop – and will gladly return. We highly recommend this specialist shop!

After searching through many bike shops without finding what I was looking for, I decided to check out Gazelle in Moers. I received a friendly welcome and helpful advice without any pressure. I was even allowed to take a test ride without an appointment. After negotiating the price, this convinced me to buy the bike. The e-bike then received a service check, and I was able to pick it up. Customer service is clearly a top priority here, which isn't always the case these days. Thanks to the owner, and keep up the good work! I'll definitely be back!

Shortly before the warranty expired, my Gazelle, Avingon C 380 HMB, developed a defect in the electrical/motor system. I contacted my dealer (Gaelle Store Römerstr. Moers), and the problem was quickly located and repaired within a very short time. I was pleased with the quick, uncomplicated process and the friendly approach, and I can highly recommend this Gazelle shop. I will buy my next Gazelle bike there again. My recommendation: Keep it up, Rudi Janzen.

We received excellent and detailed advice when purchasing our bikes. After a test ride, we decided on two bikes. The first inspection after three months was free of charge. Unfortunately, we discovered minor defects on both bikes, which were promptly repaired or remedied to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this dealer/repair shop. I would buy a bike from them again anytime.

I bought a cargo bike. The advice I received during the purchase was excellent. The initial inspection also went smoothly. I highly recommend it. A bike shop with really good service. If I ever need an e-bike again, I'll definitely buy it here again.
