Excellent advice and service. Furthermore, they are the only dealer in the Lower Rhine region who sells the Stevens bicycle brand. In my opinion, the best bicycle in Germany.

A spontaneous visit that blew me away! Since we now also have Businessbike, I wanted to take a look around, and what can I say: TOP-notch advice and TOP-notch service. I ended up buying two bikes right away. I was able to test ride both and fell in love instantly. The organization was also superb, and now I'm looking forward to receiving the bikes. A huge thank you again for the spontaneous consultation and the fantastic experience! 🤗🤗🤗🤗 A definite recommendation!!!

Top-notch service with heart and expertise! I regularly take both my road bike and my mountain bike to Radsport Mölls and am always completely satisfied! The team is incredibly friendly, competent, and always ready to help. Whether it's a repair or a service, everything is done carefully, quickly, and professionally. You can tell that true cycling enthusiasts work here. A specialist shop just the way you want it – highly recommended! A big thank you to the entire team!

Service and friendliness are top priorities at Mölls, but unfortunately, they currently lack qualified workshop staff. This means repairs and inspections need to be planned in advance, but they are then carried out perfectly, professionally, and at a fair price! Anyone complaining here hasn't been to the big chains like "Glückliche" or "Kleine Johns" in the region. For years, Mölls has been our first choice when it comes to bikes. Thank you for the excellent service, and keep up the good work!

During the coronavirus pandemic, I wanted to order a specific Diamant bike there, but they only offered what was available locally. And they were listed as a Diamant dealer. I then had to buy the bike from further away. The initial inspection was still carried out at Mölls. Now they only want to serve customers who have also purchased the bike. Great joke, considering they didn't want to sell me one. I'll report this to Jobrad.

Unfortunately, the poor customer service in Germany was on full display again yesterday. I cycled 15 km from Krefeld to Neukirchen in the rain. In Kapellen, I got a flat tire, which I was able to fix within 45 minutes. Unfortunately, the mechanics didn't have time to replace the inner tube. What a shame...

Excellent service! I bought an e-bike from Mölls and was able to test ride many bikes on the street beforehand. The saleswoman was very patient and answered all my questions. After I decided to buy it, the bike was adjusted to my specifications within a day, and I was able to pick it up. I highly recommend Mölls!!!

If new parts are being sold, you'll definitely find helpful staff. However, if the customer only needs a screw, things are quite different. So I had to do what "specialist retailers" always complain about and order online.

Excellent advice. Highly competent. Our needs were very well addressed. The bike was perfectly adjusted. A thorough test ride was offered. We were also able to pick up the bike much earlier than originally planned. Top shop. A regular customer from now on!
