Very quick repair for a small price. One of my spokes broke. Since my spokes are a specific length and thickness, I had to get them myself. But I was able to pick up the repaired bike after an hour.

LIFESAVER! My seat post fell into the housing. I couldn't get it out myself. I called on Saturday and asked if I could come over. No problem. Then, within 5 minutes, he got the post out of the housing, adjusted the saddle, and even checked the tire pressure. Super affordable and super fast help. An ABSOLUTE recommendation.

My son had major damage to his rear wheel and gearshift. His bike was repaired perfectly within a day and at a very reasonable price. We'd be happy to come back!

Unfortunately, it wasn't a good repair for the price. New handlebar grips, a new chain, and a new sprocket, including installation and minor repairs, cost around €200. However, the brakes are now significantly worse, and other previously unknown issues are occurring. Nice guy, but unfortunately dissatisfied with the performance.

I visited them today for the first time to have my bicycle repaired. Based on previous experiences, I chose this day because I wouldn't need the bike again before next weekend. The service was very friendly, they started work immediately, and the repair was finished in just under an hour. Excellent!!

On a multi-day bike tour, I had one flat tire after another on my rear tire. In Mohnheim, things got too much for me, and the Mr. Schmitz shop was just a few meters away, so I dared to go there despite the bad reviews. I had no problems with the owner's straightforward manner; he clearly explained what he would do and how much it would cost. Thirty minutes later, everything was done, and the tire lasted the remaining 200 kilometers. I would come back for a repair!
