The Kolibri Lago K3 lithium electric trolley in titanium finish offers excellent value for money. It's functional and has a beautiful design. As a golfer with over 45 years of experience, I highly recommend this trolley. Exchanging it was quick and easy, and the staff member was always very friendly.

An unaccommodating, brazen, and cheeky retailer who, among other things, refuses to provide a return label for goods ordered online, which is legally binding. He also insults me as a customer, telling me I should be ashamed, "as if I were drunk and would abuse the right to cancel my order." This is a no-go and unworthy of an online retailer. I strongly advise against buying anything from this retailer, as you have to fear being subjected to insults if you wish to return an unsuitable item.

This man, who described himself as a "private reseller," abused his right of withdrawal! He casually withdrew his first cancellation request and subsequently referred to himself only as a "dealer."<br>Below is the email exchange:<br><br>September 9, 2025, Günther Sindram replied:<br>"I would like to see and check the item. 3-Wheel Stainless Steel Golf Trolley Push Golf Trolley F3 High-quality material - quick assembly - rolls very smoothly. I only have a small locker (120/50/55 cm), but it fits in there well (along with my golf bag...) when disassembled. Tip: Since the pictures in the assembly instructions weren't entirely clear, the video on Amazon was very helpful. A QR code linking to the video would be a good addition.

The drive axle broke after 4 years. I sent in pictures and received a return shipping label since it has a 5-year warranty. Sent it in on Monday and it was back ready for my next round of golf on Friday. Now that's what I call service! I can't say why it broke, but my previous trolley from another, more expensive company also had a frame break, and it didn't have a 5-year warranty. I'd gladly use them again.
