Today was our first time at Loesdau in Mühlheim, and we brought our dog along. We had called ahead because we needed a new coat for her. We received wonderful, friendly service in the store. The staff were very welcoming – both to us and to our dog. We felt completely at ease and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

What's offered on the website isn't available in the store. The customer service leaves much to be desired. There were hardly any other customers, yet I still received no assistance when trying on riding breeches.

A shop with a generally large selection of equestrian, horse, and dog equipment. The English riding section is immense, while the Western/leisure section is comparatively smaller. They only stock one pair of riding rain pants, available in one size in a small box under huge raincoats, and impossible to find without asking. Prices are often difficult to find or read. Products purchased so far have been of good quality. The service from the staff varies; last time we were served rather curtly and rudely, but on other days they are very friendly.

Great shop with a good selection for horse lovers. Good choice, reasonable prices, and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. There's even a men's parking space :-)

The staff is super friendly; all the salespeople are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I always feel like I'm getting good advice and I always enjoy shopping at Loesdau in Mülheim.

I bought a water trough guard which unfortunately broke after two months. My claim was rejected on the grounds that my horse had rubbed itself against it. That's exactly why I bought the guard. It's a shame that such a large company won't replace a €20 product.
