I visited Pütz Bikes for the first time (without an appointment) because the headset bearings on my Prophete bike were loose. I was able to leave my bike there immediately and pick it up again just two days later. When I picked it up, my husband also brought his bike to get advice on a new saddle. We received friendly and competent service from the very beginning. Pütz Bikes has gained two new customers. I'm glad I took my bike there. Thank you again so much!

Since I'm a "newbie" to cycling again (okay, the last time I went on excursions was 40 years ago) and my bottom was really sore, I made an appointment for a saddle consultation. Today was the day :-) and I have to say, it was so great! I didn't know what you had to pay attention to. I was able to try out different saddles and I felt sorry for myself because I'm so difficult. They moved them, screwed them higher, moved them back, etc. My handlebars were also immediately adjusted and air was pumped into the tires. 4 bar, wow, I thought it should be around 2-2.5 :-) Now I can try out the new saddle. The scope of the consultation and the quality are more than 5*. Best regards, B.F.

Today, after a flat tire (two broken spokes), I called Pütz to ask if a short-notice repair was possible. They immediately agreed, and the repair was carried out professionally, including expert advice afterward. The price was more than reasonable. I would like to thank them again most sincerely.

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I got my first e-bike here through Jobrad. The friendliness, the service, and the charming shop are wonderful!! And they've been doing this for over 50 years... simply fantastic. You've gained a new customer! 😎👍

I met Martin Pütz at a trade fair in Düsseldorf and made an appointment for a saddle consultation, which took place today at 7 p.m., well after regular opening hours. I can't remember ever receiving such competent and comprehensive advice. They took an incredible amount of time to measure me and my bike correctly, so that I would actually sit comfortably on my bike with the new saddle. I'm happy to travel all the way from Düsseldorf again and again for this great and super friendly advice. I definitely recommend it!

Last Wednesday, during a short bike ride, we stopped in Saarn for a coffee break. Afterwards, my companion discovered that the rear tire was flat – right after the recent inspection! Luckily, this specialist shop was located across the street. The repair was carried out very quickly, and since we don't carry a lot of cash or a card on a bike ride, we were able to pay by bank transfer, even though we aren't regular customers. That's truly commendable customer service. Thank you!

I ordered new tires and tubes for my e-bike at short notice and had them fitted. I received an appointment four days after placing the order. The bike was ready on time. The staff were friendly and competent. The price was also fair and transparent on the invoice. In short: Everything was excellent, thank you very much! We will definitely be back!
