Where do I even begin? I've visited a lot of bike shops in my life, and I can honestly say that what's offered here surpasses any usual standard by light years. Whether it's initial contact, feedback of any kind via email or phone, adjustments, special requests, or other minor hurdles that might cause some service providers to stumble—everything is top-notch. I was speechless and incredibly happy when there were no more than 24 hours between ordering and picking up the bike. When the employee, despite the trade fair stress, takes all the time in the world to help, you know that customer service is their top priority. Unfortunately, I don't know the employee's name, but I want to give them a special thank you. You do a fantastic job and are honest, easygoing, and simply someone you feel completely at ease with. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back!

I once went to the workshop there with a flat tire. They fixed it for me quickly. Then they adjusted my brakes and gears. It works perfectly, and thank you for the service. Now I went there for advice on a full-suspension bike and decided on a new one. I especially appreciated their expertise in explaining the many different components in a way that I could understand. Two practical tips were also really helpful.

I bought an Orbea Wild LTD there in January. The advice was excellent. A test ride was no problem, and the purchase and delivery process was straightforward. Besides a large selection of current bike models, they also regularly have last year's models at attractive special prices. And the selection is huge. However, the quality of their service really shines when something goes wrong after a purchase. In my case, I had a broken carbon rim, which was reported to the manufacturer and replaced without any hassle. I have to say, their after-sales service was also top-notch. A definite recommendation!
