We received very friendly advice from a staff member in the store. Afterwards, we went to the pop-up store at the RRZ. Unfortunately, we were greeted very rudely by an employee there who showed absolutely no understanding that we wanted to buy a road-legal mountain bike. A real shame. Generally, both locations only had a limited selection of models, and they were more expensive than the competition. We ended up buying elsewhere.

We would like to sincerely apologize for this.<br><br>A road-legal mountain bike is perfectly legitimate – many customers want precisely this combination of sportiness and everyday practicality. We are truly sorry that you felt you were not taken seriously here.<br><br>Regarding selection and prices: In a pop-up store, we can unfortunately only display a portion of our product range. And as a specialist retailer with a workshop, service, goodwill, and personal advice, our prices sometimes differ from those of large chains or purely online retailers. This is not meant to be an excuse – just an explanation.<br><br>It's a shame that we weren't able to win you over in the end. My trike was picked up on Monday and I already have it back today. The software was updated, the brake pads were replaced, and so on. I'm absolutely thrilled – fantastic service and very pleasant communication. My bike has now been there for its second service, and I will continue to bring it here for servicing and pickup. And they even cleaned it! I certainly wasn't expecting that. Many thanks to the entire team.

I used to enjoy going there, but apparently customer service is only available in person now. Forget about calling. I called today to ask if they could repair my battery. Since I'd already called several companies that specialize in battery repairs (or not), and they wouldn't repair mine because of the manufacturer, I wanted to ask if they repaired batteries from that particular brand. However, I couldn't ask because you're only allowed to speak to a computer. So, you can make an appointment, and if you're lucky, they'll just shake their heads and say, "Sorry, we don't repair that brand," and then you're sent on your way. Is personal customer service on the phone a luxury these days? EDIT: "This, of course, assumes you briefly explain your issue via the AI. Those who can write reviews can usually do this step as well." Thank you! Thank you so much! Now I know that was the last time I'll be going there.

Every call is recorded – we see the request and contact details and can call back.<br><br>This, of course, requires that you briefly explain your request via the AI. Those who can write reviews can usually also take this step.<br><br>Furthermore, regarding battery repairs: Whether a manufacturer's battery can be repaired can usually only be reliably determined after a visual inspection. Hello, I've been to "Spree – Your Two-Wheel Specialist for Bicycles & E-Bikes" several times now. The first time, I have to be honest, I was served by a young blonde woman, and I really didn't feel comfortable because I had the feeling she wasn't listening to my needs. The second time, I was served by a young woman named Mounja, and I was so impressed with her. She's given me excellent advice on several occasions, and this is probably my third visit to Mounja. She's very, very nice, very experienced, and always incredibly friendly and accommodating. I feel very well taken care of by her; she always listens to my wishes. And in the future, I will definitely only buy from Mounja. She knows exactly what she's doing.

Excellent communication; I inquired about a bike through classified ads. We were able to reach an agreement very quickly and easily. Shipping was also super fast, and everything arrived undamaged. Therefore, there's absolutely nothing to complain about.

Hello Zweirad Team Spree, We would like to express our sincere gratitude once again! Here, the customer is truly king! We bought a bicycle and were able to pick it up the very next day, with all the modifications and additions. During the initial consultation, we were not only shown the bicycle (or rather, three bicycles), but also given helpful tips. For example, they advised us to remove the batteries when the bikes are on the bike rack and explained how the Bosch system works correctly (we didn't receive this information with any other purchase). Even I was able to take my bike with me, and several things were retrofitted immediately without any waiting time! All the employees were helpful and worked together as a fantastic team, providing excellent support. The call from the workshop informing us that our bicycle was ready for pickup was also very friendly, and when we asked if we could still upgrade my bike, the answer was a very warm yes, or rather, a "very happy to." There was no "how come I'm finishing work soon" or "not today!" I can only recommend that the trip to Mülheim is truly worthwhile. There's a really great atmosphere, and you don't feel any stress. We will gladly make the trip again and again. I highly recommend that the trip to Mülheim is definitely worth it. See you soon! 👋 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
