Given the holidays and the weather, the store was extremely busy. Despite this, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, patient, and attentive. We've been happily shopping at 101 for many years and are always delighted by the excellent and expert advice in a wonderful atmosphere. You can tell that everyone there loves what they do!

Excellent service, very friendly staff. They take their time with you. Highly recommended. Due to a lack of suitable shops in Duisburg, and therefore no ski service or rental options, we ended up here and are more than thrilled. We'll be back!

ALWAYS SUPER GREAT - showed up at 3 p.m. on a Saturday with a flat tire and they immediately offered me help. 1 hour before closing time!!! MEGA, just MEGA!!! Flat tire patched and new brakes installed - where else can you get that these days!!! My whole family loves coming here again and again - friendly/competent and simply always great! THANK YOU and THANK YOU again and again for being here!!!

We bought two Coboc bikes. The advice from Justus and Markus was excellent, as was the service. Especially when something went wrong, they were very accommodating. We highly recommend TEAM 101 😀

Highly competent, friendly, and excellent advice for buying a bicycle. They took a lot of time, listened to my wishes as well as any physical limitations, and provided suitable bicycle models for test rides. I found what I was looking for very quickly, and the subsequent transaction was handled quickly and easily. I can highly recommend them. They've gained a new customer in me.

A fantastic, perfect shop! Both ski rental and bicycle sales and inspections work well. The effort, courtesy, and ample time Mr. Hanisch took when buying a bicycle are particularly noteworthy. From the initial contact to the transaction and pickup, everything was perfect. I would only buy my bicycle from Mr. Hanisch from now on. Also highly recommended for leasing (JobRad...).
