Poor unresistant products (for example very thin anodizing easily scratched) and hard to upgrade/convert to a standard. I needed such service on one of their hubs but after a week they did not yet reply. So, here comes my experience review.

My Veltec 4.5fcc wheelset (purchased new, three months old, with receipt) delaminated during a descent. I was only able to contact them after the dealer got involved. I came to a stop at 60 km/h in oncoming traffic. The bike was damaged, my clothing was ruined, and I suffered injuries, including permanent damage (medical report available). Veltec acknowledged the material defect in the rim in writing. Only the damaged rim was replaced. As "compensation," they offered a pair of wheel bags. You're left to cover all consequential damages yourself. I strongly advise everyone against buying from them.
