Fantastic workshop team! I took my Fischer e-bike, which I'd bought at a hardware store, to Choice 4 you for some technical repairs and was absolutely thrilled. A problem with the odometer was actually fixed by repairing a damaged cable. Where else do you find service like that? "We can solve problems like MacGyver," was the joking comment from the two workshop employees. A quick new inner tube and tire and everything was perfect again. And all at fair prices. I'm happy to drive to Neukirchen-Vluyn for that.

Unfortunately, they don't bother to respond to emails, which means they receive orders worth several hundred euros. Well, after further searching, I found another dealer who responded promptly to my inquiry and received my order. Unfortunately, you can't provide service with a lack of attention to new customers, and therefore I can't recommend this business. It's better to drive a few kilometers further to a business that still values ​​its customers.

From my own experience, I can only hope for other customers that choice4you isn't hired to handle a warranty claim. This is when the chaos begins. Very weak.

Fantastic service – also for other brands. Our bikes were picked up, serviced, and returned. At home, my e-bike was quickly and perfectly adjusted to my height. Anyone looking for a new e-bike should definitely check out choice4you. They offer expert advice.
