They have a fantastic team who are always willing to help in unconventional ways, even without an appointment, whenever possible. A really nice shop. Competent and reliable. Very customer-oriented. They listen to the customer and address their needs without being dismissive. I find that incredibly appealing, and I'm certainly not an easy customer, so I didn't buy my bike there.

The best bike shop around! I've always received expert and competent advice. High-quality bikes and accessories, along with top-notch service, are a given here. I bought my new e-bike here too, of course, and I'm absolutely thrilled. 👍👍👍

They still take plenty of time for the customer here. Several bicycles could be test-ridden and adjusted accordingly. High level of expertise is evident. Super friendly staff. I can highly recommend Tendick.

For the past five years, we've bought our bikes from these guys and had all our repairs and servicing done there. If it's convenient, they help us right away or provide a loaner bike while we're being repaired. The owner and his team offer excellent advice in their shop, which specializes in e-bikes. The young team handling repairs and sales of new and used bikes is equally fantastic. Anyone complaining about prices or a lack of advice should probably call ahead and make an appointment. All those unnecessary questions only prolong the repairs for those who have already booked an appointment, and the guys want to keep to the agreed-upon time. Oh, and good work isn't cheap, but it's definitely good work!

I'm very excited! I made an appointment to search for an e-bike. It was quick and easy. They took their time and gave me detailed advice. My requirements and wishes for the bike were immediately taken into account, and they shared valuable tips, suggestions, and experiences. I was ultimately able to configure my bike the way I wanted. Great! I primarily bought an e-bike so I could pull the child trailer with it and not always have to use the car. They even installed the trailer hitch right away so I could get going right away. Service and customer friendliness are very important there, and I felt very comfortable. I've been riding the bike for a few weeks now, and it's a lot of fun. Many thanks to the whole team!

I'm very satisfied because I always receive friendly and reliable service, even if it's just something with or on my bike. I appreciate the tips and advice I receive, and I'm happy to wait until someone has time to help me. For more extensive work, I'm happy to schedule an appointment.

We are very satisfied. We knew that an appointment was necessary for e-bike consultations; it's clearly stated everywhere! They really took their time and addressed all our questions and wishes. Even while waiting, the customer service representatives gave the impression that they knew what they were talking about! And they didn't try to sell us unnecessary accessories. Thank you for the excellent advice and friendly service!
