A huge thank you to the team at Alpensportler | SnowWorld Neuss for the absolutely top-notch service! 🙌 My husband finally found the perfect ski boots, thanks to Lucy's amazing advice. We've truly never experienced such a kind, patient, and extremely competent service. The consultation was so comprehensive, and the fitting of the ski boots was simply perfect. You can immediately tell that they work with passion and genuine expertise. If we ever need ski boots or anything else again, we'll definitely be back! If I could, I'd give them 100 stars 🌟. I booked an appointment with Gerrit for new ski boots. He was a very friendly and competent employee. He addressed all my concerns and gave me excellent advice. I was able to test the ski boots a few days later. After two days, I felt that one or two things still needed some adjustment. What can I say? From the third day on, the ski boots fit perfectly.

Fast delivery on Black Friday, product and price were also okay. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that the return period was only 14 days. Very unusual for an online retailer. I ordered on November 25th, 2025. From December 1st, there was an extended return period of 6 weeks. This is still listed on the website. So I requested a return label and sent it back. After 2 days, I received an email stating that the return was not possible and that it would be sent back again. No goodwill gesture was possible. Unfortunately, it was a Christmas present that didn't fit (gloves). Now I have the wrong gloves sitting in my closet. So, stay away from ordering from them; this is not a professional online retailer. Otherwise, I would have received this information before sending it back! All other Black Friday offers can be returned without any problems after Christmas.

I received incredibly competent ski boot advice here yesterday! Gerrit spent two hours helping me find the perfect boot! He explained everything to me and perfectly addressed my needs. I hadn't been able to find what I was looking for in a large ski boot store before. Gerrit also fitted the ski helmet I bought in another store (something the other store hadn't mentioned) and selected a perfectly fitting pair of ski goggles for me! Thanks again so much, Gerrit!

We were strongly advised to try on socks to feel the difference. Buying them was never mentioned! After trying on the ski boots, the socks, priced at €50 a pair, were taken directly to the checkout. Beforehand, there was no mention of buying them or the price. The (cheaper) rear-entry boots were only given to me after asking several times, and a test run wasn't possible because these ski boots aren't available for rent in Neuss. We were still supposed to buy the socks, since they had already been worn... After a brief discussion, the saleswoman took the socks back.

To be honest - it took a while when the service started but then the staff was very friendly and supportive. The prices are pretty high and the selection is limited in the lower price segment. Nevertheless we were helped to find the right ski outfit. I would wish a more wider selection and more attention the the clients.

We bought new skis for our daughter. Great advice, without any time pressure or sales pressure. Such a pleasant atmosphere is unfortunately rare these days. We were able to try out the skis right there in the hall! Everything was perfect, many thanks to Franz!
