I bought my company leased cargo bike here about two years ago. From the purchase to now, it's been a fantastic experience. The staff are all friendly and helpful. From sales to the workshop, I'm very impressed and can highly recommend this consistently excellent service. Two 5-star ratings!! :D There's a huge selection of bikes that you can test ride on-site and receive comprehensive advice. The purchase process is reliable and very fast. (This applies to both my company bike and my partner's personal bike.) When I bought a bike helmet for my son, they also provided excellent, personalized advice for him. Workshop Service: TOP TOP TOP I've been there several times, and they handle repairs and inspections quickly. Superb customer service and customer engagement! (I even received extra calls because the repair was going to cost more than the initial estimate!) Also great, and not every shop offers this, is a pick-up service. After scheduling an appointment, a staff member will collect your bicycle from your home or even your workplace and take it to the workshop. Keep up the good work!

Today, February 28, 2026, we went to buy our daughter a bicycle. It was crowded, and we had to wait a really long time. One salesperson noticed us and realized we were waiting. When he was finished with his customers, he actually turned to other customers instead of finally serving us. We won't be buying a bicycle here again.

I dropped my bike off on Saturday for a tire change at the shop, and they told me it would probably be ready next Tuesday. I received a text message saying there were delivery problems with the replacement part (the inner tube). I called on Thursday to check the status and was told they were still waiting for the part. I called again on Tuesday and got the same answer. I called again on Friday and was told someone would contact me later that day. No one called. I called again on Tuesday and was told again that they would contact me the next day. Again, no one called. They finally called the day after that. This company is incapable of communication or being accommodating. If I've been waiting for a new inner tube for three weeks, it's only natural that the company informs the customer and offers alternatives. This kind of communication and the fact that they didn't return calls is absolutely outrageous.

Hello fellow cyclists. I was in Neuss again this week with my e-bike at Birkenstock. Even the initial check-in process was impressive; everything was thoroughly inspected. A few days later, I picked it up. It felt almost like it wasn't mine. It looks brand new. The price-performance ratio is perfect. The bike rides wonderfully. Thank you, Birkenstock, great work! I've been a customer for over 15 years and always satisfied, but I was surprised last time. Due to a misunderstanding—the spokes hadn't been tightened—they had come loose. Despite the shop being busy and full of orders, my bicycle was repaired within half an hour, and even free of charge. Thank you so much!

I booked an appointment for my bike inspection two weeks in advance. Afterwards, I emailed them a completed service form. And then they turned me away, saying they couldn't service a Specialized bike. I pointed out that, according to JobRad, only the gears and components unrelated to Specialized's specific drive system should be checked. I even offered to release them from any liability. Absolutely no willingness to compromise! An hour's travel time there and back, plus loading the bike, completely wasted! Completely uncooperative! Thanks for nothing to the assistant workshop manager! I'll never go back to that place! 🤮
