Terrible service. I left my E-bike there for a yearly inspection. Is one Month already I do not have any news about it. I have called 3 times already and nobody can give me information about it. The only information that i get is "Did you receive a confirmation Email, saying that you can pick it up?". One month for an inspection service is way to much (if I receive the "confimation Email" in the coming hours)

This must be the worst company ever...I bought a ebike online with this store...After a few weeks there was a problem with the ebike..I took it to this store (as its near to my home) and they didn't want to help or take responsibility as I had ordered it online and they said they were selling them for the importer and would not take responsibility and told me I had to contact the importer directly...(not giving me any other information) The guys in the bike department were nice. I asked to speak to the manager, who finally came out after 40 mins of messing around and was some young kid, with no customer service experience... They have taken my money, taken there profit and then don't want responsibility...Disgraceful company...BEWARE buying anything from them...Best go to another shop... Update... I have just seen the reply... It is your responsibility to inform your clients before taking the profit, that you are not going to take any responsibility if there is a problem...I am not sure of the legal side of things...but it would interesting to find out... I think Decathlon should find out and post it on there reply
