We've been buying our children's bikes here for years. They also offer used bikes at reasonable prices. The service is always very competent and friendly. I bought my own Gazelle bike from Zweirad Oberländer over 20 years ago, and even today they still provide friendly support if, for example, repairs are needed or a new saddle is required because the child seat won't fit otherwise.

Thanks again for the great repair! Over the past 40 years, our large family has bought quite a few bicycles from Mr. Oberländer and had them serviced there. An excellent mechanic and always incredibly helpful! I think many of Mr. Oberländer's loyal customers can say the same.

I went there today to buy a bicycle. I asked the unfriendly employee for a quick consultation. Instead, he snatched the bicycle out of my hands, told me straight away that he didn't want to sell me anything, and told me to leave the store. Shocked, I left immediately. That was my first and last visit!

We were on a bike tour from Düsseldorf towards Erftauen and Rossellen. In Hoisten, we had a flat tire. Fahrrad Oberländer assured us of their help over the phone, replaced the tire and tube, and we were able to continue our tour. We also had a nice chat about the Torpedo three-speed hub gear on the bike. A stroke of luck in a mishap. A great shop!

What can I say? Top team, great service, fast repair. I'm absolutely satisfied with the repair of my e-bike. I would take my bike to Oberländer again anytime. Thank you very much, a very satisfied customer.

Repair: Good - quick appointment and desired result Inspection: Disaster! Two months later, after getting a second opinion, I had my bicycle scrapped. Almost everything needed to be done, and I was told here that everything was fine.

I've taken my bike there for repairs twice now because it's convenient for me. Everything was fine in the end, but the customer service is simply awful. When they charge me extra for just putting air in my tires, even though I'm a regular customer, and then they come up with a line like, "It's his working time," I'm speechless. It's just blatant exploitation and ridiculous. That was the last time I'll ever go there.

I went there today (Tuesday) without an appointment with an e-bike I'd bought online. The bike was accepted without any problems (another dealer only accepts bikes they also sell) and was supposed to be ready by Thursday. After 5 hours, I got a call saying the bike was ready. So I picked it up right away. Great service!
