I was in the store today, Saturday, with my husband, shortly before 7:00 pm. We both received excellent and incredibly friendly service. The staff were attentive and friendly, brought us various shoes and other items, and were simply very nice! A definite recommendation and many thanks for the great service!

I've called the store several times with a question. No one ever answers the phone.

I was in the branch on Friday. Three employees were engaged in personal conversations instead of helping customers. When I asked for help, the saleswoman gave me rude answers. Unbelievable. Customer service and friendliness are nonexistent in this branch. What a shame. One star is still too much.

The employees are totally rude, especially those at the checkout, and all the employees just stand around when you want to try something on, so you feel like they're doing you a favor.

A listless young woman was at the checkout. The shorts were marked €35, but the cashier charged me €40. I pointed this out, and another man checked the prices of the other trousers and mentioned a recent price increase. When I asked what could be done, for example, a 10% discount as a gesture of goodwill, he simply replied that he couldn't offer a discount on this item. I had to suggest to the cashier that I step aside and ring up the other waiting customers so I wouldn't have to wait any longer. Apparently, they aren't trained in this kind of customer-friendly approach. I ended up leaving the shorts in the store and wishing them a good day. The cashier didn't say goodbye and just rolled her eyes. Anyone who doesn't enjoy their job, can't deal with customers, or is simply annoyed by the situation should find another job, preferably somewhere in the back office. Sorry guys—I've now found the shorts online for a significantly lower price. Sorry, guys—I've since found the shorts online for a much better price. Too bad - I won't shop in this store!

I was in that store today. I can't recommend it. Just unfriendly temporary staff who think they're better than everyone else just because they sell shoes. When you ask a question, it's like they think it's too much to ask to take three or four steps to show the customer the shoes. Then I wanted to try on some pants, and since there are only two ridiculously small fitting rooms that are always occupied, I pulled my sweatpants over my own. Then one of the guys, probably a wannabe team leader, came up and just snapped, "Don't try things on in the aisle!!!"... and walked off. He can chat like that with his friends, but not at work. I threw the pants back on the shelf, called out something nice after him (to which he had no reaction), and left. I won't be buying anything there again as long as such unfriendly people "work" there.

I can't complain. I filed a complaint because the shoes didn't fit. The employee inspected the shoes and then issued a credit note. The employee was friendly and courteous. As I said, I can't complain. So keep it up. 😊
