Excellent service! Today, one day before my vacation, my e-scooter's inner tube broke. They replaced the inner tube and installed it, including mounting the tire. I dropped it off at noon and it was ready for pickup in the afternoon. It's fantastic when something like this can be squeezed in. So nothing stands in the way of my vacation tomorrow. 👍🏻 Thank you so much! 👍🏻

The shop owner, with a hint of undertone, refused to install a simple bicycle chain on my bike. His response was, "I don't want to, please find another bike shop." It was clear that foreigners aren't welcome there; he was definitely an AfD member. Ugh.

My e-bike was serviced there. I'm more than satisfied. The chain, cassette, and brakes were replaced and properly adjusted. I received friendly service. I've had very bad experiences at larger bike shops. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop. It was a real pleasure. Thank you so much, and please keep up the good work! 👍

Through several phone calls and communication, we agreed on what needed to be done to the bike. So I took my bike there. The man couldn't remember what we had discussed, so I told him again, "Please, a new chain and brakes." Okay. I called and asked if it was ready. He said yes, I could come, and they told me the price over the phone. I picked up my bike, and they told me the brakes had been done and the chain shortened. I said, "New chain? Why shorten it?" We argued back and forth. I was quoted a different price. I left the yard and rode a few laps around the block. The bike wasn't running well at all. So I went back and said it was riding very badly. The man made it very clear that he was annoyed with me. This comment was completely unacceptable; he simply left me standing outside with my problem. I would never go there again, let alone enter that unfriendly shop once more.

My recommendation: Fantastic, competent repair service! I received immediate help! Wonderful! I was able to bring my bike in for repair right after it broke down and pick it up just two days later after a thorough repair. And: Finally, an inspection for my e-bike without months of waiting for an appointment. Plus, for the first time, they didn't try to sell me any unnecessary parts. Mr. Zubko is very friendly, fair, and competent. We are very satisfied. We'll definitely use their services again!

Since it opened a few years ago, I've regularly brought my bike in for servicing and maintenance and have always been completely satisfied; the price is fair. The owner always greets you very warmly, provides competent and thorough advice on all matters, and never tries to push anything expensive. On the contrary: if he's convinced, based on his experience, that a more affordable option requires less maintenance and causes fewer problems in everyday use, he'll let you know and offer it as an alternative (in this specific case, it was about squeaky brakes and brake pads). Unfortunately, after 5 years and almost 5,000 km, the rim on my rear wheel cracked at some of the spokes. Despite a tight schedule and other jobs in the workshop, the repair was completed quickly within a week. Z-Bike and its owner are a real asset to Niederkassel, and I can recommend them wholeheartedly!

They really help you quickly here. My daughter's brakes were broken, and I was able to come in the same day I called. The friendly and competent owner fixed the problem immediately and without any hassle. It's great to have such a specialist shop in your town; I highly recommend it!

We were looking for an e-bike on Jobrad and came across the small shop in Rheidt. It was nice that they had a lot of bikes we could test drive right away. The process was quite easy, and we were able to pick up our new bike after just two days. It's great that it was so quick and we didn't have to order a bike. We're now really looking forward to the service and maintenance!
