I'm still absolutely thrilled!! I ordered a backpack and a rain jacket for my son for Christmas from his club. I wasn't really expecting to receive them on time, not because of the store itself, but because things are so chaotic at Christmas, especially with deliveries. I work in a similar field myself. Then a woman rang our doorbell, personally handed me the items, and said, "Christmas is just around the corner!" That's not just customer service, it's so much more!!!

Excellent advice, you can always rely on them and get superb quality. I can highly recommend them and have been going exclusively to Bomholt for years to order sports equipment, etc., for clubs, etc.

We've been buying our club's products there for years. The flocking is very well done. Very reasonable prices for Jako sporting goods. Very friendly and accommodating owners.

Customer service is clearly not a priority here. When my daughter was trying on suitable sportswear, the salesperson was incredibly condescending to her. On my next visit, he preferred petting the store cat to attending to customers. The salesperson is extremely unpleasant; surely I'm not the only one who feels this way. After more than four weeks, the ordered items still haven't arrived. We keep getting the runaround, with everyone blaming everyone except the staff. Then we had to wait another two weeks for the flocking because they didn't have the right color in stock. Unfortunately, we're stuck with this store because they have contracts with the sports club. I will be forwarding this to the club. It's unacceptable. And then people wonder why they prefer to buy online...
