Honest about JB? Well where to start, sometimes products on their website are good priced for being brand products.. Downsize? Not possible to get any contact over mail to customer service, and the products are LONG on its way (I waited 2 weeks), the only thing they said was "Sorry we have no idea where your package is, maybe in the shop, maybe on its way". I would think twice to order again from JD sport, rather pay more but with a company and employees who knows what they are doing. Also in the shop you have to give your ID and suddenly they are gone for some minutes? Doesn't give a safe feeling. For me last time JD.

I bought shoes in the city of Oberhausen and it's terrible. There are 2 defects in the photo, they are torn and have a black line. I bought it on 12/23/24, and came to exchange it on 12/28/24 for the same ones without a defect. I was refused and told to come on Monday. I am very angry because it was a birthday present for my Mom and I drove 2 hours to exchange it. I have no words and no desire to buy more shoes in your store in Oberhausen, in the shopping center Centro.

Today we wanted to buy this outfit and it was on sale for 125€. The tag showed 160€. The register also showed 125€. But the colored woman didn’t believe it and thought we faked the tag. Unbelievable. We grabbed a smaller size and there it showed 125€ on the Tag as well. She was so mean to us and than she throw away our outfit and asked the next customer to the register. Wow. We never experienced such a bad behavior in a store and will never put a foot in this JD Sports world again. Not even the store manager helped out!!!! Bang.

Today I bought Nike Air Jordan for my son at JD Sports Centro. The price on the outside window was € 125 euro. You can see the pictures of this. But at the Kassier they wanted 140€!!! I complained and informed about the window price, but they did not accepted it. They got 140€ from me. I bought it because my son wanted it too much! It is just like another way of cheating! 😔

Most worst JD Sports I have ever been. Avoid this if you don't want to wait 30/45 minutes for shoes. Staff doesn't seem to care.

The Customer Service of JD was awful. We had to wait 15 minutes for our shoes and when we talked to the sales associate he got really unfriendly. In the end he went to the cashier and told her that we were "the ones who wanted to complain". This behavior was simply unprofessional and disrespectful. The ship was overall very crowded and a lot of customers left while waiting. Meanwhile, our sales person started to complain about his team and the scarcity of staff. Shows bad management!

JD Sports, On 3 January 2016 16:42 i bought sneakers for my girlfriend at JD Sports Centro. The price on the outside window was € 35,- euro. I made pictures of this (from € 50,- to €35,- it says "visible 2 times!"). Also the black version was priced from € 70 to € 50 (Inside it is 60 euro!) Inside at JS Sports Centro the registrary suddenly it was 45 euro. I complained but i did not get the € 35,00 euro amount. I only bought it because my girlfriend really wanted it and i dont live around the corner. This is still bothering me, because i dont want anymore people getting caught by their illegal prices at their window! PS i will publish the foto's on my google account and im going to share it on social media! STOP JD SPORTS CENTRO WITH ILLEGAL WINDOW PRICE TAGS! (they did not remove/change them as i requested!)
