I was just in your store and am very disappointed by the behavior of the security staff. When I entered the store, there were already a few young men (around 16-17 years old) who asked the price of a bag. The cashier told them the price, to which they reacted with surprise. The security guard then said in a very condescending tone: "Yes, boys, different prices apply here." I found this statement completely inappropriate and disrespectful, as it clearly suggested that the young customers could not afford the merchandise. Such behavior is unacceptable under any circumstances, especially in a store of this caliber. I myself only had freshly purchased groceries with me, wrapped in paper. When I wanted to try on a jacket, the security guard asked me to put the groceries away somewhere. I calmly replied that this was no problem and offered to place my bag on a table and put the groceries on it. He then told me to leave it "somewhere else, but not in the store" and that it would be better if I left. This behavior was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable to me. I felt degraded as a customer. I regularly buy high-quality clothing, including in designer boutiques, and have never experienced such behavior before. I have been a regular customer of your store, but after this incident, this will definitely be my last visit. In the future, I would rather order online than support the salary of such an unprofessional employee with my money. I strongly recommend that your store reconsider the selection and training of its staff—especially security personnel. Furthermore, I work with a large number of people myself and will ensure that as many as possible learn about this experience.

Good and fashionable items, but friendliness and service aren't a priority here. I was interested in a pair of sneakers and wanted to ask if I could try them on in my size (45). Both employees (one male, one female) seemed uninterested, almost bothered by my question. It took almost five minutes to check my size, but all they said was, "We don't have that size in stock." What? Isn't that a perfectly normal size? I then bought other Lacoste sneakers at JD (also in CentrO), and, oh wonder—they actually had a size 45. The same thing happened at Galeria, but I couldn't find it there, given the model. In short—it seems they don't want to sell anything there.

I've rarely seen such unfriendly staff. You're immediately "checked out" when you enter the store. We were looking for a jogging suit for a man in size 3XL (well-built, not slim). When the man (my father) entered the store, we were just given a shocked look and the waitress said, "Is this suit for you? I was expecting something slim. We need at least a 7-8XL." I've never heard anything so rude in my life. So condescending and judgmental. A 4XL would have been fine, but after hearing such comments, we left the store. Pure body shaming!

One Saturday, there were three "salespeople" in the store. Upon request, a male employee brought me a dress from the warehouse. He gave me friendly advice. When I wanted to try on a pair of sneakers, there were no sample socks in the entire store, so another salesperson recommended I get some from Deichmann and come back to try the shoes on. It's news to me that Lacoste refers to Deichmann for sample socks. When shoes are displayed in the store, I assume they want to sell them accordingly and don't necessarily refer customers to other stores. My counter-suggestion that the salesperson get the socks for me herself was silently and arrogantly ignored. A strange situation that unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth.

I initially wanted to give one star, but because I enjoy shopping at Lacoste, I'm giving it two anyway. However, I've never experienced anything as disastrous as what happened yesterday, September 10th, around 5 or 6 pm. The employee was eating at a table in the middle of the store with two friends, and the entire store reeked of their food. I really needed help, but no one offered it. Asking for help was also difficult, as the women were so engrossed in their own conversation that it was impossible to ask. A real shame.

I've had a very, very bad experience so far. After my first visit with my boyfriend, I thought the sales staff might just be having a bad day, but after my visit today, it was confirmed that this is the norm there. We weren't greeted, no smiles, no friendly gestures. When we tried to go into the fitting room with some items, we were simply told we'd bought too much. The salesperson made fun of us and repeatedly made racist remarks. They wouldn't take anything off our hands, and when we asked about sizes, they rolled their eyes. We definitely won't be going back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Due to the lack of assistance and the unfriendly looks from the sales staff, we left our items in the fitting room and politely said goodbye, pointing out that we'd left our things there. The salesperson then laughed and said, "That was to be expected!"

The service was excellent and comprehensive, and the offer was great! And what we really appreciated was that they were so helpful and picked exactly the right items from their entire selection, tailored to our style!
