First impression: The staff is incredibly attractive! Plus, the service is unbelievably friendly. The store itself is very comfortable. Compared to the last two years, the store looks fantastic! I only go to Centro for this store now.

Fantastic service! The store is also beautiful and tidy. The staff is super competent, friendly, and exceptionally service-oriented! I'm very satisfied. I already know the brand, and I consider it a good, affordable product. I'd be happy to come back if I need anything from O'Neil. That's why I wouldn't order online! BUT, service does cost a few euros more. But it's worth it. On June 16th, I did a great shop despite the coronavirus, without even thinking about it. Great service again. Thank you.

I bought ski gear there yesterday. The salespeople are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've been going there occasionally for seven years and have only had positive experiences with the clothes and the staff. They do everything right. Highly recommended!

The staff, who seemed to be surfers, boarders, or something similar themselves, were relaxed, very communicative (since it wasn't very busy otherwise), and extremely helpful. We were informed about all the discount offers and a customer card with an instant discount for students, which we signed up for right away. We'd gladly shop there again.
