Three weeks ago, on the recommendation of a colleague, I visited WatzUp.Bike for the first time. I wanted a new lease bike and contacted the shop beforehand via chat. I was interested in a Transition Repeater PT GX AXS. Even the initial contact via chat was reliably super friendly and very pleasant. When I then arrived at the truly fantastic shop, they immediately offered me a test ride. No sooner said than done... test ride and ordered the bike. Two weeks later it arrived, and today I was able to pick it up. The guys adjusted the suspension, patiently explained the SRAM Powertrain software to me, and installed the firmware updates. I even got a Fritz Kola. 😊 As I left the shop, I traditionally rang the bell to announce a newly sold bike, and off I went on my maiden voyage – 55 km home. All in all, I can only agree with almost all the reviews. The shop is truly amazing, with a super friendly young team. Everyone is extremely personable and helpful. I hope I can ring the bell there more often in the future. 😅 Thank you so much!!

I bought a new bike today at Watzup Bike in Oberhausen and I'm absolutely thrilled. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. The advice I received was incredibly pleasant – not pushy at all, but honest, patient, and truly competent. You can tell that the people there know their stuff and enjoy their work. I especially appreciated the test ride. They took their time, explained everything thoroughly, and I was able to really try out different models to see what suited me best. The handover was also excellent: the bike was adjusted perfectly, I received some helpful tips, and I left feeling completely satisfied. In short: fantastic team, fantastic shop, fantastic service. I would definitely buy from them again and can wholeheartedly recommend Watzup to anyone looking for a bike or accessories and who values good advice.

I bought a discontinued model here at a great price and received excellent service from Marco. He was very friendly and helpful. The bike was initially unassembled by mistake, but the situation was resolved quickly and easily. Overall, a thoroughly positive experience – highly recommended!

Super competent and friendly team with a very good selection of bikes. We came all the way from Berlin and were thrilled. We immediately broke in the new bike at the dump across the street 😁. We'll definitely be back 🤘👍🥳

My son came along too, and even he thought the whole thing was cool. For the price, it was even worth the trip from Fürth/Nuremberg to see you. I bought a Levo S-Works frame at a great price from Watz Up. They were very helpful from the moment I contacted them by email and their reply was very quick too. They answered my questions with good knowledge of the bikes they have, and any concerns I had. Only took a few day to be delivered to me in France. I just wish I could buy a new bike every month from them!
