Absolutely fantastic service! The rear wheel of the e-bike was expertly repaired in no time and for a small price; the wobble in the rim is now a zero and the spokes are where they should be. The teenager is happy and mobile again. Thank you so much!

I really enjoy buying tires for my bikes there. They also adjusted the gears on my e-bike, and it works perfectly.

When I entered the shop, there was another customer besides me. This customer was served, but I wasn't even looked at. After the customer was finished, the employee left the room and went into the workshop, which surprised me. I waited another five to ten minutes, but no one reappeared at the counter. After I asked if someone could serve me, the employee told me he had to finish the repair first. Somewhat surprised, I asked how long the repair would take. He then said 20 minutes. I replied that I had a bicycle to drop off. Surely a couple of sentences about the bike wouldn't have been too much trouble. I absolutely do not recommend this shop; the staff are unfriendly. You get brushed off, it's unbelievable.

I wanted to borrow a small circlip pliers to replace two small bearings. I could have easily done it myself. Unfortunately, the man didn't have the right tool and didn't know anything about bearings either. Maybe I was just unlucky; at least he was friendly.

Hello everyone Date: April 22, 2025 I wouldn't even give one star. First, I called the bike station. The person on the phone was very unfriendly and disrespectful, and then they told me I had to come in person. So I went to Oberhausen and explained that I also have a mild disability and live in a group home. I wanted to know how much it would cost. The person at the bike station was very unfriendly and disrespectful. They said I couldn't just come in without money. I said, "Of course I can," to find out how much it would cost. The person at the bike station said I would have to sit there for one to three hours and wait until I knew how much it would cost, and then they became even more unfriendly. I arrived at 6:00 PM. I was actually very punctual, an hour before closing time. They were very disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I haven't experienced anything like this in a long time. Unfriendliness and disrespect, even when dealing with a person with a disability. The person at the bike station said, "I'll treat everyone however I see fit, however I want." And then I... To be honest, you could be nicer and not disrespectful. I'll be glad when that place closes. Go somewhere else, maybe a little more expensive. I wouldn't recommend that place. You'll probably have to sit there from when they open until closing time until the guy is finished, and then you pay for your repair. So I won't be going there anymore. I'll find something else cheaper. And I also wanted to let you know that you can't just go there and ask how much it would cost. Best regards

Always recommended. Depending on the workload, a hose replacement can sometimes be done immediately and within a few minutes. And if it doesn't work right away, they take care of it as quickly as possible. Keep it up!

I was looking for someone to repair my cargo bike. No one nearby wanted to take it on. There, I could just walk in and wait. The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly. Keep in mind that they only accept cash.
