While researching gravel bikes, I came across Liv and was immediately impressed by their concept. The bikes in the Devote series really appealed to me, so I looked for a local dealer and ended up at Big Wheel in Oer-Erkenschwick. I received very thorough advice, was able to test ride several bikes in the adjacent parking lot, and was given a quote for a Liv Devote 0, including matching fenders and assembly – all below the market price. When I picked it up, I also received a detailed explanation of how to use tubeless tires, tips for smooth shifting, and other helpful information. Definitely a recommendation! Thanks for the great bike and the excellent service :)

I picked up my Giant Talon mountain bike in Oer-Erkenschwick today. Everything went perfectly, from yesterday's online order to this morning's phone call and this afternoon's pickup. The bike was a special offer, and yet I still received a thorough introduction, had the bike adjusted, and was even walked to my car! Very friendly, very competent, and highly recommended! Bike tour... Flat rear tire Call to Big Wheel... That was great!!! I was picked up promptly, and the repair (small sharp stone in the tire, broken tube) was given priority. That was fantastic! The bike (pedelec) is ready to ride again. I can continue, grin. Thank you, thank you, Mr. Milchherr! Exemplary!

A few weeks ago, we started looking for the right e-bikes. Initially highly motivated, then just annoyed. The market is so full of bikes that as a "beginner," it's hard to see through them. The advice we received in other shops up to that point hadn't been helpful either, as they were all geared more toward "sales." We had practically given up... But that changed when we went to Big Wheel... The man we've trusted ever since has been Detlef! 💪🏻 We finally received advice that met our needs! When asked how long we had in mind for a tour, I answered "10 kilometers"... 😅 That's a lot for me, since I haven't ridden a bike in at least 25 years... Detlef then explained in detail all the differences in gears, brakes, saddles, and especially the drivetrain. We weren't offered anything we didn't need. We could have skipped some of the e-bike components, but we chose them anyway, following the motto "It's better to have than to use." We were motivated! You can definitely say that the customer is still king here, and they give you the advice you want for such an investment. The delivery times were also perfect! It did take a while for the basket we ordered, but that's beyond Bigwheel's control as to how long the manufacturer/supplier takes. We did have a flat tire, but it was repaired promptly and very quickly (competent people in the workshop and sales in general) 🥳 Since we bought it, we've been riding whenever possible, as long as possible when the time and weather are right...trips under 20 kilometers are a rarity! If you're unsure about buying: Bigwheel is the right dealer! We're more than satisfied, so thank you very much for everything! If you think the review is fake: It's gratitude for the existing expertise 🙏🏻We've discovered a new hobby for ourselves! We bought bikes from Velo de Ville (SEB 990 Pro) 🙏🏻

Today I was very pleasantly surprised by Big Wheel's service. My seatpost gave up the ghost, and I needed either a replacement part (cartridge) or a new telescopic seatpost. The friendly and dedicated workshop staff made sure that nothing got in the way of my vacation 😀 They tried things out, searched, found the part, and replaced it. Such service deserves a special mention. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 Keep up the great work 🤙🏻

I fulfilled a long-held wish for my 60th birthday in October/November 2023 at Big Wheel in Oer-Erkenschwick. The advice on the bike tailored to my individual needs and intended use required a very good and comprehensive initial consultation with Mr. Stahlschmidt. The delivery date was not expected until the end of January 2024. Due to the long wait, I was in contact with Mr. Winkelmann in the meantime, who ultimately helped me get my dream bike, a Velo-de-Ville AEB 890, delivered to my home for Christmas. Conclusion: Both employees provide a very comprehensive level of expertise in all aspects of bicycles, something I have never experienced before. They provide excellent advice and do everything they can to ensure that their customers are satisfied and happy. With my very positive experience, Big Wheel has helped me achieve my goal very effectively. Therefore, the term "goal experts" accurately describes them, and Big Wheel is highly recommended.

Extremely satisfied! Very friendly advice, fast delivery, and a great all-around package including mounting bottle cages, tires, and adjusting the seat position according to the comparison bike. Highly recommended – we'll definitely be back!
