I've had two bad experiences here. With my first order, guaranteed shipping was promised after full payment. After I transferred the money, there was complete radio silence. They didn't respond to my calls or emails. After the goods hadn't arrived, I finally got in touch with the company – they informed me that the item was indeed unavailable, but that an alternative product could be delivered within 8 business days. I agreed to this. A week later, I inquired again about the delivery date – and was once more informed that the item was unavailable. This meant two different delivery dates were given, both of which proved to be unrealistic, without any proactive communication on my part. The customer service and communication are unacceptable. I cannot recommend them.

Therefore, we kindly ask that you submit reviews only to the company where the purchase was actually made.<br><br>It was undoubtedly frustrating that the handle stands you ordered were not immediately available and that the handles had to be stored on the floor in the meantime. Regrettable – but unfortunately not uncommon when an item is temporarily out of stock at the manufacturer and this information is not transmitted to the system in time.<br><br>As Instyle Fitness correctly informed you, this situation was beyond our control. After the item was allocated elsewhere, it was no longer available. Experience shows that such overlaps are common, especially during the Christmas season.<br><br>Since no alternative solution was possible, you were promptly refunded the full purchase price. You have therefore not incurred any financial loss.<br><br>We assumed that this would have resolved the matter, but I had to share my frustration, so thank you ;-).

I tried several companies/technicians, but unfortunately, none of them met my expectations or delivered the advertised service. Then I came across Fitness Equipment Service, where the owner still personally goes out to the customer and was able to resolve the problem immediately after initial support. Competent service, and what's really convenient is that the maintenance is directly linked to safety inspections, so I signed a maintenance contract. I can highly recommend this company! And thank you also for the recommended equipment that I purchased from you, which was delivered and set up quickly.

Dear Sir or Madam, Yesterday, as agreed, the "Cardiostrong EX 60 Touch" cross trainer I ordered from Sport Tiedje Bonn was delivered and assembled by your company. The two technicians, brothers Hoffmann and Hoffmann, were absolutely punctual and carefully carried the heavy main package down to the basement without bumping into anything. There, they began assembly immediately after opening the package, and the process was carried out very carefully and efficiently. The two young men clearly knew their craft, worked seamlessly together, and delivered a very professional performance. It was a real pleasure to watch such energetic and efficient people assembling the machine.
