Very disappointed. After calling to confirm whether the bicycle advertised online was actually available, I just drove 200 km to Overath for nothing. The bike that was actually available was offered to us for €500 more.

The Riese & Müller UBN Seven in Rose that you inquired about was available in our store at the time of your inquiry – and was, of course, offered to you at the exact price listed on our website. It is important for us to emphasize that this Rose model was never advertised online at a lower price. There was no subsequent price increase and no discrepancy between the online price and the in-store offer. Our website also listed a UBN Seven in White at a different – lower – price. However, this was a separate bike with its own configuration and promotional conditions. This price applied exclusively to that specific bike and therefore could not be applied to the Rose model. We understand that different prices for very similar models can be confusing. However, transparency is very important to us – therefore, we ensure that each individual bicycle is displayed with its current, valid price. I went there today for a small spare part that I can install myself. I received quick, competent help and the correct part. When I went to pay, they told me it wasn't necessary and that I should remember them fondly. After this unexpected experience, I can only say that I was very pleasantly surprised and I'm happy to share that. I will certainly remember this service for future needs or when making a new purchase.

I can wholeheartedly recommend the Zweirad-Center Prumbaum. I leased my e-bike here, and the entire process couldn't have been better. A big compliment to the service; customer friendliness is a top priority here, and virtually no wish goes unfulfilled. Our kids can confirm this. We always enjoy coming here.

After purchasing an e-bike, we encountered a major technical issue. The guys (especially Mr. Maus and Mr. Reimer) took care of the problem immediately and solved it perfectly. I'm very satisfied and can highly recommend their excellent service.

Thank you so much. We were planning our first vacation with e-bikes, and then the bike broke down. The authorized dealer couldn't repair it in time and couldn't provide a rental bike. Prumbaum came to our rescue and rented us a fantastic e-bike. The staff were incredibly friendly and customer-oriented. Absolutely top-notch, something you don't take for granted. We know where we'll be buying next!

I've been there several times over the past 18 months, always without an appointment and for minor emergencies. I've always received very friendly and prompt assistance! The workshop is very friendly, competent, and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond what I could have expected. Highly recommended!!

I've been there twice so far! I didn't have a particularly pleasant conversation in the workshop once. But I'm not one to write negative reviews after my first contact. Today I received a very friendly greeting, and my gearshift was adjusted perfectly. I'm very surprised at how well Mr. Kahl communicates with customers and was impressed by the knowledge this young man has for his age. Thumbs up, I'll be back!

A fantastic bike repair shop that also handles emergencies. I was there last week with my enduro bike because I noticed my front brake wasn't working that morning before heading to the bike park. All the other shops in the area were unsympathetic and simply refused to take me on or offered an appointment for mid-June. The shop manager, Mr. Maus, took a look at my bike, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it. Thank you so much! You made it possible for me to enjoy my day at the bike park and had a blast. From now on, my bikes will only go to your shop!
