I actually only wanted to "look around" and get some information, but thanks to very nice, funny and competent advice (and not pushy, I should sleep on it first) I am now the proud owner of a Riese&Müller e-bike.

I spent about 25 minutes in the store today, carefully examining several Riese & Müller bikes with the clear intention of buying one. The store was completely empty; there were no other customers. Several employees saw me, yet no one approached me. No advice, no inquiries, no "Can I help?" Even as I was leaving, there was no farewell and no interest whatsoever in why I was leaving or whether I needed assistance. This is no way to treat potential customers, especially not with high-priced bicycles. Anyone willing to spend several thousand euros expects at least a minimum level of attention and service. For me, it was a very disappointing experience. The somewhat longer journey was therefore unfortunately wasted.

I was in this shop yesterday to find out about e-bikes. Alex, the salesman, gave me excellent and thorough advice; he was patient and very knowledgeable, so all my questions were answered and I now know which bikes are right for me. I highly recommend this shop... I'll be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars! I went to the shop today with a question about my bicycle gears and wanted to know how to properly adjust the limit screws. Even though I didn't have my bike with me, the employee, who had a bandage on his right hand, explained the adjustment to me right there on the new bike – clearly, factually, and in an easy-to-understand way. Despite his own limitations, he took the time to patiently show me the steps. You don't find that everywhere. Thank you so much for the helpful explanation!

Brilliant recumbent bikes, excellent advice, and even better service. I ride a Van Raam Easy Rider recumbent bike and am more than satisfied. A superb product with very friendly and competent staff. Five thumbs up!

I received excellent advice. It was professionally competent and very thorough. My needs were carefully assessed during our in-depth discussions and perfectly implemented. I wasn't pressured into a decision and had ample time to consider everything carefully. I've now had my tricycle for a while and I'm enjoying it immensely.

The motor on our Fun2 Go tandem bike stopped working. The Emotion team, especially Mr. Schröder, took great care of it and – after the manufacturer only offered a €4,000 factory conversion – finally found a creative solution that worked perfectly and was a pleasant surprise in terms of price. The bike has never ridden better. I was impressed by their helpfulness, expertise, and friendliness. I highly recommend this dealer and say THANK YOU!

Thank you so much for the excellent service! Incredibly friendly, accommodating, and also fast and affordable. I came in with my broken gears without an appointment, actually just to take a look and make an appointment. They took my bike straight to the workshop and completed the repair in half an hour. Highly recommended! I'll definitely be back 👍

#Update# My partner and I recently received our eagerly awaited "Bunnies" (Hase Bikes Kettwiesel). Due to a problem with the manufacturer, mine was initially delayed. However, E-Motion mitigated this issue with a very accommodating solution (even though it wasn't their fault at all!). This was a very kind gesture and we were very pleased – for which we would like to express our sincere gratitude. All in all, the interactions were very friendly and welcoming, both by phone and in person during the entire process. You guys are doing a fantastic job! And the name of the shop perfectly reflects the feelings we have about our "Bunnies." It's simply incredibly fun to cruise through the countryside on these lovely bikes. Whether cruising along at a relaxed pace or zipping around corners in a sporty manner, even rough terrain is no problem for a Kettwiesel. It's simply smoothed out. For both of us, this type of cycling (with a recumbent bike) is a revelation. We are absolutely delighted with it and so glad that we stumbled across this shop online last year, almost by accident, and then decided to visit. We found our dream bikes there. A type of bicycle we had never even considered. We sat on them, rode around the square in front of the shop, and we both knew: "This is it!" We wish the lovely team at E-Motion all the best. And special greetings to Maja for "troubleshooting" and to Marcel for service, sales, and everything else. Uschi and Jürgen #First review (December 24)# A very nice shop with friendly people (where you can quickly get on a first-name basis). :-) My partner and I spontaneously dropped by during a kind of "special offer day" to see what kind of recumbent trike bikes (for her) they had. A friendly employee took care of us and gave us advice. He cleverly presented us with a Kettwiesel One. That was it... We were both instantly smitten. And I (completely unplanned) just had to have such a great bike too. Two weeks ago, we finalized everything. Well done, dear people at e-Motion. You've won us over. And we look forward to future contact. :-)
