I've been trying to exchange a defective shoe for 16 days now. To no avail. My emails go unanswered, and I can't reach anyone by phone. The website states that the shop is open, but that online sales are suspended. I can't verify this due to the distance. Very disappointing business practices. This shop doesn't deserve a single star.

I was supposed to have a fitting appointment today, for which I received a reminder just an hour beforehand. When I arrived from Cologne, I discovered that my appointment was cancelled because no one was there, the lights were off, and there was no note on the door. After waiting for 30 minutes, I drove to the GolfHouse, which is only 5 minutes away, where I received a friendly and professional welcome and was able to get the necessary assistance. It became ridiculous when, two hours after the scheduled appointment, I was asked for a review.

Last week I wanted to look for my first proper set of irons and spontaneously received an extremely good and professional fitting. Tommy gave me first-class advice and guided me through all the possible variations on the simulator until I finally made my decision. A super pleasant and relaxed atmosphere with perfect professional advice, including a little coaching. I will definitely come back for the rest of my clubs.

I placed an order and paid, but I haven't received any goods yet. Instead of a solution, I keep getting the same excuses. The customer service seems incompetent and unfriendly. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it—very disappointing! Hence 1 star (actually, I'd say 0).

One star is actually too much! I paid but never received the goods. It was always the same excuses and absolutely no responsibility. Their customer service is unfriendly and unprofessional. I'm really disappointed – this simply shouldn't happen!

1 star. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. Several emails remained unanswered, and I had to take action several times regarding payment questions before anything happened. The owner seemed unfriendly and often condescending in person—it felt very unpleasant. I have all the relevant documents (emails, contracts/invoices), but it was still difficult to resolve the matter. In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend him. We're still chasing our money and have been for several months, and in any case, nothing has been resolved. Since the boss says he doesn't respond to emails and calls... nothing has happened to date, so it seems like it could be months. Services are being provided, but payments aren't being made.

Absolutely fantastic shop. It seems to have new management and looks really inviting again. I've rarely received such excellent advice, and above all, with so much heart. For me, the Fairway Golfshop in Pulheim is the best golf shop in the Cologne area, probably with the best prices.

Great shop and personnel. I did my fitting session to buy a driver. It is for free without an obligation to buy. They provide me great advice and they explore the case with patience and subjectivity. At the end they also offered a competitive price. Great choice to buy from there. Peter was the expert, great guy and also speaks English for those who are not Germans. Very professional!
