I bought a Mobilmaster Tourning CH 7G e-bike with a Shimano 7-speed derailleur and a 562 Wh battery (range up to 140 km) from GermanXia in Pulheim. The company's service was excellent. The bike folds up very easily and can be transported in a normal car trunk. It's very comfortable to ride and has good suspension. The gears with their 5 assistance levels are sufficient even for short hill rides. The riding position is very comfortable and upright. The disc brakes are excellent; the bike stops instantly, even at higher speeds. I would buy this bike again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended. There are suitable e-bike models for all requirements, all at the highest technical level. The sales advice is professional and thorough. I've now bought my second folding bike from GermanXIA. The first one has been running flawlessly for three years without any signs of wear.

I have a GermanXia carbon e-fold and had it serviced. The service and communication were excellent. There weren't any major issues with the bike itself, but all the minor problems I'd encountered after two years were resolved. The team was very friendly and professional. Thank you so much!

Two years ago, I purchased a Touring Plus 9G. The bike rides as comfortably as a Dutch bike, with an upright riding position. However, I paid extra for a better saddle. The bike has covered over 3,000 km without any issues, including long rides over rough terrain, in all weather conditions. However, its robustness comes with a higher weight. I wouldn't dare attempt a provincial German train station without an elevator with this bike. There was only one breakdown. In the depths of the Baltic forests, the onboard computer stopped working. The GERMANXIA service team did everything they could to ensure I got a new one as quickly as possible so I could continue my journey. Everything was covered by warranty, at no extra cost. The service team strikes me as ambitious, reliable, and competent.

I'm very happy with my new Touring C 7G e-folding bike. Assembly after delivery was very easy. The battery was already half-charged, and everything works perfectly. I had to get used to the pedal assist at first, but now I think it's great. Riding it is simply fantastic. Thanks to the different assistance levels, it's no longer at all tiring. I'm very satisfied.

The consultation was extremely helpful, and the salesperson was very friendly and accommodating, even though Jobrad isn't our preferred leasing provider, but my company doesn't offer anything else. The bike was shipped incredibly fast (3 days) and was excellently packaged. Assembling and disassembling the Mobilmaster Offroad GT 8G 2022 e-bike was a breeze, and the test ride was a lot of fun. The Bosch Performance Line motor makes even the 14% incline on our hill easy, and the handlebar/saddle height should even be sufficient for people who are 2 meters tall. The handlebars are also much more comfortable for the wrists than the flat handlebars found on most other folding e-bikes. I'm looking forward to commuting to and from work. I can highly recommend this store.

We've completed our first 100 km with our two 20-inch folding e-bikes, each with an 8-speed, 80Nm mid-drive motor and carbon belt drive, and we're very satisfied.
